In this paper report covers the research issues of stripper header harvesting wheat in Kazakhstan. This method allows to leave the stems in the field to protect soil from wind erosion and accumulate the moisture in the winter. We have carried out laboratory and field tests which had demonstrated that this method is going to allow to obtain crop during the driest year and reduce the losses of yield.

ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF MACHINE VISION APPLICATIONS FOR AUTOMATIC SORTING OF AFLATOXIN CONTAMINATED DRIED FIGSpg(s) 15-18
Nowadays in dried fruit producing factories, aflatoxin contaminated dried figs inspection and separation is of great importance, and also time and money-consuming process. In most of the factories all over the world, this process is done manually by using specialized labors in a dark room, and under the UV lights. Working under such difficult conditions reduces workers’ productivity and also may lead to some health problems in some cases. Aflatoxin contaminated figs produce bright greenish yellow fluorescence under UV light which is used for separation process. The correlation between fluorescence production and the presence of aflatoxin in fig samples is quite high. There are some machine visions systems which are used for dried fig inspection automatically but, their accuracy are still under 80% because of some unsolved technical problems.
These problems are the reason for application of manual inspecting methods alone or in line with automated inspection systems. Like any other techniques, use of machine vision techniques has some advantages and also some disadvantages.
The aim of this study is to review the current position of machine vision in dried fig fruit sorting systems. It is also proposed to define the problems of machine vision applications for fig fruit sorting and also give some solutions for increasing the efficiency of automatic sorting systems.
Разгледани са промените в развитието на нормативни документите регламентиращи придобиването на правоспособност за работа със земеделска и горска техника, както и тези в системата за обучение. Анализирано е съответствието им с изискванията и темповете на модернизация на отрасъла.
Направени са изводи и конкретни препоръки за повишаване на равнището на подготовка на кадрите за земеделското производство.
QUALITY RESEARCH OF DOSAGE AND SUBSURFACE APPLICATION OF BIG-SIZED GRANULES FERTILIZER DURING STRIP-TILL FOR SOWING OF MAIZEpg(s) 3-5
The article concern to the scientific and research works related to the development of mechatronic control system of sowing unit in the tilling-and-sowing combined machine. The essence of the project is the use in the combined machine of innovative control system responsible for the seeding process. The system will control the work of seeding unit (drive) and will maintain a predetermined depth of seeds sowing. Grooved or pinned units used in seeding are characterized by variability in application rate as a function of the changing conditions of work (e.g. on the slopes). In the proposed solution, on the basis of the identification of the sensitivity of the sowing machine on the changing conditions of work, the control algorithm will be developed, which after application to a controllable propulsion system equipped with the necessary sensors will eliminate inaccurate dosing. The paper presents results of field investigation of prototype of planting unite for grafting apples rootstocks.
By the results of theoretical researches was obtained analytical expressions to determine the speed of the airflow in the deflector of pickup – grinder forages. By experimental researches the accuracy of the obtained analytical expressions verified. Results of experimental researches have shown that the optimum speed of the airflow in the deflector of pickup – grinder forages should be 15 m / s. In the picking up and grinding of grass by humidity 18-20% pick up-crusher has the performance 6.0 … 9.0 t / h, and it provides pick up and grinding rough fodder humidity 45-55% for production of haylage.
