In this context, it is necessary that an adequate selection and application management strategy. When it comes to choosing a strategic direction that recognize the role of strategic management.

    In this paper, the emphasis is on the competition in the financial market, it said – banks such business systems. The same we can say is determined by a simple definition – only banks that have adequate product. The banking product is designed for the customer and meeting their needs. As a large number of banking systems, there is more difficult to be competitive. From this arises the inevitable necessity of innovation range of banking products will best zadovolljiti my clients’ needs. This indicates the necessity of innovation in business and smelling the Bank’s strategy and business planning activities of banks in the role of strategic management.

    The objectives of this study were the citation planning in the planning of the business of banking system.

    CLUSTERS AS A MODERN MODEL OF DEVELPMENT OS SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES IN THE TRANSITION COUNTRIES

    This paper deals with the issue of cluster as a modern model of development of small and medium enterprises. Clusters as a model for the development of SMEs in recent years are current as in countries in transition, in contrast to developed countries where the model has long been present. It is understandable that clusters are not sufficiently developed in the transition countries, and the reasons should be sought in inadequate development and transfer of innovative technologies, insufficient skills of employees and the lack of partnerships between businesses, which is a critical factor in the development of clusters. The aim of this study is to determine and present factors of cluster development in the application of the concept of small and medium enterprises as a critical factor in economic growth of transition countries.

    The aim of this work is a reflection of the impact of innovation activites in the development of small and medium enterprises, especially in the long run. Innovation activites the trend of modern business, but at the same time is a prerequisite for sustainable long-term development.

    On the basis of small and medium enterprises is instability, which is the result of inadequate business. Under inadequate shall be deemed to be a business that is unable to meet the demands of the business environment. Given these shortcomings, this paper will demonstrate the impact of innovation activites to increase the profitability of small and medium-sized enterprises in the long term.

    The application of innovation activites in small and medium-sized enterprises includes organizational changes, starting with the method of management that will promote culture and climate that will encourage the adoption of new knowledge, skills, tools and all druh’s requesting to be placed in front of the business.
