An important trend in the development of tools for the automation of assembly processes is a study of the principles and relationships to design the assembly centres. Since in the assembly centres concentration and combining different assembly operations are used it is necessary hopper feeders with different principle of action ( as vibration and mechanical ) to operate synchronously. The task is placed and a solution to the problem of synchronization of vibration bunker feeder (BF) and mechanical (Gate) feeder was found.

The processing of the grooves for a putting gaskets in the hydraulic holes is embarrassed because the high requirements for their precision and roughness. In this case like a method for finish processing it is suitable using surface plastic deformation. This method ensures as the quality of the machining surface as higher productivity.
Like a method for a finishing processing, the surface plastic deformation improves the exploitation characteristics of the ma-chining surfaces and increases their qualities. Moreover – it achieves sizable decrease of the machining times in comparison with the other finishing methods. The using of combined tools creates circumstances for simultaneously processing with the prior machining, which leads to augmentation of the machining productivity.

This article offers an algorithmic sequence of study the amendment of parameters of the technological equipment of the woodworking sector due to his physical and innovative aging. Analyzed is an innovative development impact and the amendment of its parameters in different periods of its exploitation. Conclusions are made and proposals for improving this process of development and more accurately determine the production capacity.
Besides the project preparation for sites of production infrastructure and their endorsement, the assessment of such projects on the base of transaction costs is quite necessary and useful as well. So the stage of development of the pro-duction infrastructure and the needs of a particular region to be defined, a huge significance is given to the transaction costs made, since they allow the relation between the economic participants to be estimated.
This article is related about contemporary concepts applied in automation machinery’s design and its ability to be implemented in production process. In this direction meaning of automation has been expanded, a new concepts and connections have been defined. Entire technical equipment in automation system is defined, and arise the chance for widening of this process.

Achieving the appropriate characteristics of treated surfaces by SPD is not only entails with choose of relevant scheme solutions, deforming elements, regimes and conditions of processing, but also with the specifics of the re-implementation of the technological impact. It is reasonable to assume that re-implementation of the technological impact is identical to its previous implementation, if with that is achieved only generates additional smoothing effect due to the increased multiplicity of the metal deformation in the same area of the treated surface.
The floating blocks with two cutting tools having cutting inserts placed opposite to one another are used when turning inner and outer long cylindrical surfaces. The article presents a theoretical research of the influence of the axial displacement of the cutting inserts and the stability of the floating block on precision of machining with variation of the depth of insertion. Obtained are dependencies for quantitative assessment of this influence as well as conditions for reducing it.

За целта на бъдещата емпирична работа, свързана с оценяване икономическата, социалната и терапевтична резултативност на лекарския труд, авторът обосновава изборът на смесения модел за управление на емоционалната и социална интелигентност на Даниел Голман и предлаганите от него оценъчни инструменти. Конкретните задачи, които са изпълнени в изложението са: анализ на концептуални модели за ролята на емоционалната и социална интелигентност; избор на инструментален апарат за оценка на тяхното влияние върху професионалните умения и компетенции; съставяне на принципен адаптиран модел за повишаване на резултативността на труда чрез определяне на универсални лични и професионални компетенции с отчитане влиянието на емоционалната и социална интелигентност.
Computational fluid dynamics (cfd) techniques provide investigations in conditions where the real experiment can’t be fulfilled for some reason, so these tools have found their applications in many spheres of science and technology; in particular they are widely used in flow metering.
Some of CFD applications we would like to propose and discuss in this work in the context of turbine flow meters. We discover non-drag type of turbine flow meters to check if created design with hydro-dynamic bearings should provide really floating rotor. For this purpose only numerical research can solve verification problem with minimal costs and simple realisation.
CFD models are used to examine pressure contours and velocity profiles near floating rotor in turbine flow meters. A full three-dimensional flow simulation of realistic meter configurations has been carried out. Close attention was paid to simulation of the complete geometry of turbine meters including front-end and tail-end shapes of flow conditioner hub, metering cells, etc. Some advices to meters’ designing were given.

The manufacturing programme, production conditions and applied technologies for the mechanical treatment of gears in company “ZMM Nova Zagora” Ltd. are analyzed in this article. The basic formulations of an innovative technological process for grinding of gears are presented. The awaited results of the initiation of the worked-out innovative technological process are exposed.
