Design of turbo-compressor type of internal-combustion rotary engine (TIRE) was made. The design is the hybrid of conventional internal combustion engine and gas turbine. Design of engine reminds gas-driven turbine, because it has compression pump, turbine and combustion chamber. Operating principle is similar to conventional engine because it has not uninterrupted but portion process of fuel combustion. Operating principle: working mixture is compressed by the compressor and directed to the combustion chamber. In the combustion chamber it is ignited and through the outlet ports is directed to the turbine rotor and makes it rotate. Turbine rotor rotates engine shaft, from which useful output is removed. The working model of engine was made and preliminary tests were carried out. Results showed that the engine needs same improvements.

A methodological approach has been developed that allows to assess the performance and functional possibilities of systems, assemblies and mechanisms of the agricultural tractor taking part in the formation and implementation of its power potential and, if necessary, to determine requirements for modules with similar purposes by which they could be replaced in order to improve efficiency in the operation of а tractor model and machine-tractor combinations formed on its basis.
An example of practical application of the methodological approach for improving the utilization of power potential of an agricultural tractor by optimizing its ballast is presented in the article, too.
Harvesting of oil seed rape and avoiding of big grain losses require specific adjustments of the machine. The basic level of grain machine losses comes from the entrance device (header) added the losses from the following up devices in accordance of the applying technological scheme. To reduce the seed losses into the harvester it is recommended to operate with the header in accordance with the rotor or hybrid type thresher-separator device.
A new type of continuously variable transmission with a kinematic chain management is developed. The use of continuously variable transmission in the kinematic chain management in a short reduces the weight and dimensions of the variator. This transmission can be use in variety of machines and vehicles.

In article the review and the analysis of design features of the driveless rotary tools which are carrying out simultaneously a role of a harrow and a covering roller in modern combined units for pre-seeding preparation of soil is made. Design features of the driveless rotary tools developed in Kazan agrarian university which principles of work are founded on application of various kinds of vibrations and pulse methods of influence on processed soil are shown. The constructive scheme of new spiral toothed rotary tool is offered. The offered rotary tool is equipped by the hydrovibrator creating vibrations in a vertical plane and the spring block, ensuring self-excited vibrations in a horizontal plane. Depending on working conditions frequency of forced vibrations can be regulated by an among choke-flowmeter, and frequency of self-excited vibrations – the mechanism of change of rigidity of springs. Use a forced and self-excited vibrations in various combinations allows to increase quality of soil cultivation, to lower energy consumption and fuel rate.

The effective use of tractors and self-propelled agricultural machines largely depends on the repair service. The aggregate repair methods are best suited to the condition of the machine-tractor fleet at the moment and capabilities of repair and service facilities. For its implementation it is necessary to create exchange fund of units and assemblies.
In the paper are systematized the evaluation criteria of suitability and feasibility of including units and assemblies for exchange fund for aggregate method of repair. Certain aggregates and units of C-100MAX tractors were determined to be included in the exchange fund needed to maintain their efficiency.

RESULTS OF LABORATORY STUDIES CONDUCTED AFTER PRE-SOWING ELECTROMAGNETIC TREATMENT OF FRENCH CORN HYBRID SEEDSpg(s) 29-31
After pre-sowing electromagnetic treatment of seeds of the French corn hybrid LG34.75, have been identified the positive or negative impacts of the different impact factors over the monitored laboratory parameters. It has been established that the laboratory germination capacity of the seeds is 114,29% compared to that of the reference specimen.
With controllable factors voltage and duration of treatment, having values (U=1,65kV and =10s), and with a 14-day rest of the seeds before sowing, an increase has been achieved of the lengths of the rootlets and shoots, 119,0% and 125,0% respectively, and of the number of rootlet – 106% as compared to the reference specimen. These data correspond to the results of field studies of the seeds of French corn hybrid MAC 47.P.
After two years of research, the values of the controllable factors have been established that have a positive impact on the sowing quality of seeds of the French corn hybrids МАС47.Р and LG34.75. A correlation has been identified between the results of the laboratory and field studies after pre-sowing electromagnetic treatment of seeds of French corn hybrids. A good perspective for increasing the yield of corn grain is seen in the pre-sowing electromagnetic treatment of the seeds with the following controllable factors: voltage between the electrodes of the treating device U=1,65kV, duration of treatment τ=10s, and a rest of 14 days prior to sowing. Under the
described treatment, the obtained yield has increased by 22,5% compared to the reference specimen.
