    The analysis of stress-strain state non axis symmetric drawing process, which was developed based on an analytical model of the process. Obtained the dependencies for the components of the stress in the plastic region. The relationship between changes in the district velocity compressive stress on the peripheral area of the amount of shear stress. On this basis, it is given a numerical grade to increase the limit drawing ratio slightly different from equivalent value determined by the equality of the greatest meridional stress to the yield strength of the material at dangerous section of the blank.

    The analysis of two-layer sheet bending moment package under plane strain conditions, taking into account the strain hardening. Approximate analytical dependence for the largest radial compressive stress and the relative displacement of the radius of the neutral surface of the inner layer. The possibility of increasing the permissible degree of deformation and reduce the relative radius of curvature of the inner layer.

    The motion of a dislocation in Aluminum is considered at room temperature with allowance for the Peierls relief. This study has been accomplished using the methods of mathematical modeling. It was shown by means of numerical experiment that the free path length of dislocation depends on the frequency of applied external elastic field. Here a hardening of crystal took place due to the dynamical losses. In the presence of resonant frequency external alternating elastic field the gradient of hardening curve growth, and therefore, the yield strength, is reduced. It was shown that the regularities of large-scale processes occurring in deformable body may be clarified by means of analyzing the micro processes.
