The effective fields of application of products made of porous filter materials based on titanium powders as gas flow dispersers at enterprises of the agro-industrial complex are given. The results of their use in the dispersion of ozone-containing air mixtures, air and vapor for the purpose of disinfecting the fish habitat in equipment of a closed water supply, saturating the culture fluid with oxygen in the growth of microorganisms in bioreactors and heating the heat carrier to ensure sterilization of liquid media in dairy plants, respectively, are described.

The relevant task of animal husbandry is to provide animals with high-quality and cheap feed protein. In this regard, a promising direction is the use of a protein feed additive, produced as a result of the microbiological synthesis of the yeast Debaryomyces hansenii var hansenii (D.f.v.) during the processing of milk whey. To assess the results of the applicability of this additive when feeding animals, comparative tests were carried out with chicken replacements. It was found that the introduction of domestic protein feed additive in the compound feed of chicken replacements, produced by processing milk whey, equal to the amount of fish meal (5%) according to energy and protein nutrition, contributes to an increase in the growth rate of young chickens by 5.2%; reduction of feed costs per 1 kg increase in body weight by 4.5%; a more active evidence of physiological maturation of young chickens (by changing the first-order flight feathers); and an evidence of sexual dimorphism (by the size of the caruncle) in comparison with the control group.

The results of development of the technology for manufacturing samples of insulators made of alumina ceramic with an aluminum oxide content of up to 95% are presented. The maximum tensile strength of the produced insulators has been investigated. The structures of the chip of the ceramic insulator surface have been obtained. It is shown that a change in the aluminum oxide content by 8-10% leads to an increase in the strength properties of the product by 1.5 times. The developed technology can be used to produce high-strength dielectric products, for example, antenna rod insulators, applied in the field of electrical engineering, radio engineering and other industries.

The investigation results of the production process of powder permeable materials (PPM) by forming thin permeable layers by means of ion-plasma sputtering method in a vacuum with the use of removable agents have been presented. The method makes it possible to obtain a continuous coating on the surface of the porous substrate. The layer formation on the surface of the porous substrate is provided by the use of the removable agent. After its removal, the layer sputtered on its surface remains an independent unit in the structure of the twolayer permeable material. The coating applied to the substrate has an open porosity.

The results of the development of a process for the production of powder porous materials (PPM) based on a granular mechanically activated aluminum oxide powder have been presented. The dynamics of the particle size change of alumina powder depending on the time of mechanical activation by means of a high-energy mill of planetary type has been studied. The development results of permeable materials based on granular mechanically activated oxide ceramic powder have been presented. The developed PPMs are applied for liquid and gas filtration, production of calibration elements for control and measuring devices and equipment.
