Example of the maintenance of a machine pero (D 2504-019) for cleaning metal parts in the working conditions of OEM company from the autotive industry

    Machines. Technologies. Materials., Vol. 17 (2023), Issue 7, pg(s) 255-258

In this article, it will present a example of the maintenance of a machine PERO (D 2504-019) for cleaning metal parts in the working conditions of renowned OEM company in producing filters from automotive industry. The maintenance process is of particular importance in order to use production capacities to the maximum extent. Maintenance is an indispensable segment of any production system. It follows that maintenance should be adapted to these conditions, and be economical and efficient, so as not to slow down the progress of the production system. Various maintenance methods have developed alongside the development of technology, all with the aim of increasing efficiency and reducing costs. This entails the need for increasing knowledge and skills of the workers themselves in the maintenance system. Large sums of money are invested in modern industry, in order to prevent monetary losses caused by system failures. If the machine tools, devices, and accessories are not maintained on time and adequately, there will be a stoppage of production, which is extremely inconvenient for the company. When the machine stops, delivery is delayed, which leads to a psychological effect on the worker, who is then put under pressure to make up for lost time. In this article, the whole procedure of cleaning, mantenance and inspection of machine PERO (D 2504-019) through 13 steps has been studied. The indicators of the reliable operation of the analyzed machine through the analysis of the machine’s operation, the analysis of downtime, and the analysis of the occurrence of failures through the obtained values of MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) are presented in details.

Contribution to general safety measures at the construction site in practice

    Science. Business. Society., Vol. 8 (2023), Issue 2, pg(s) 47-50

In this paper, the author will point out the determinants of safety and security at work in the context of the requirements of the HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment and Quality) standard with practical application on the construction site in the context of maintenance of technical systems. The key determinant in the occupational safety approach in the context of general safety and maintenance of technical systems is prevention. Prevention implies planned and undertaken safety measures in every work procedure at the employer, with the aim of preventing or reducing risks at work. When basic organizational safety measures, i.e. basic rules and equipment for work protection, cannot eliminate or sufficiently limit the risks to the safety and health of workers, the employer is obliged as part of specific security to provide additional appropriate protective equipment and additional work protection measures, and ensure the training of workers in order to use it in a prescribed and correct manner. In this paper, the author will give numerous examples of the practical application of specific safety in specific working conditions. In this paper, the author will give examples of the application of prevention and general work safety with risk assessment on the construction site in the specific case of a renowned company with extensive international experience.

  • TECHNOLOGICAL BASIS OF “INDUSTRY 4.0”

Application of biologically inspired engineering as industry 5.0 tool to create a good organisational structure

    Industry 4.0, Vol. 8 (2023), Issue 1, pg(s) 5-8

In this article, it will present you how a bionics technique as technical solutions of Industry 5.0 from nature leads managers to creation a good organisational structure. Industry 5.0 penetrates into the very essence of human existence and the relationship to machinesand automated processes. It is not possible to consider the new industrial revolution without mentioning the more recent scientific disciplinecalled “bionics”. What is bionics? “Bionics would be a return to nature with the aim of finding solutions to technical problems. Thedevelopment of bionics is the key concepts of Industry 5.0 [1].
Bionics is a tool for solving problems in the conceptual and applied phases of design. The goal of bionics is to use biological inspiration in designing organisational structure that mimic the behaviour of living organisms. There are many characteristics that can identify a bionic mechanism. One of the abilities is to work independently in complex environments, can adapt to unplanned and unpredictable changes and perform multi-functional tasks. In every organization, it is most important to know who has the highest authority. Nature offers examples of organizations of other living beings that are effective and work without control, without leaders, without instructions, yet everyone in this organization knows what to do. In this article, the efficiency and working efficiency of insects such as ants in order to create a good organisational structure has been studied.
