The article discusses the ecological state of atmospheric air in the city of Kutaisi and ways to reduce pollution from one of the main factors – transport, through the method of optimizing the urban road traffic system. This method integrates environmental responsibility with the goal of ensuring efficient, safe, and accessible mobility. It will also help urban planners and environmentalists, through an artificial intelligence-driven method, to reduce the negative environmental impact of transport and maintain the efficiency of transport systems.

Water is always in constant demand due to the diversity of its uses, which requires monitoring its quality to ensure that it is fit for human consumption. Routine water quality monitoring is often carried out in traditional laboratories, but this is time-consuming, expensive, and it may involve some elements of uncertainty. Therefore, the purpose of our work is to study the possibility of introducing an Arduinobased sensor system for monitoring the water quality of the Oghaskura River. To that end, we created a simple prototype consisting of a microcontroller and several connected sensors, which was used to provide field testing each week at several time intervals.

One of the urgent problems of the main oil pipelines is to ensure safe operation of the line part, which is solved primarily by carrying out repair works on the scene of accidents identified as a result of proper monitoring. In order to choose adequate measures for warning about disasters and accidents, it is necessary to create scientific-methodical and relevant technical bases for a quantitative assessment of the risk of their detection. In these conditions, it is impossible to solve the key technical problems of the safe operation of pipelines without the use of methodology and a risk-oriented approach.
That is why the choice of modern techniques and methods to ensure the safety of main pipelines based on risk analysis, depends on the development of scientifically based methods adapted to the given problem.
Therefore, the aim of the research is to increase the safety of the operation of Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) main pipelines, based on improving methodical approaches to the study of accidents on pipelines, in particular leakage.
