    An analysis of the prospects for the development of FDM printing technology has been carried out. The paper studies the possibility of obtaining polymer products based on polyamide 6 and its compositions by layer-by-layer deposition. Tests of the strength indicators of the printed experimental products were carried out. The mechanism of the influence of the composition and modes of formation of printed products on their strength characteristics is proposed. The influence of the composition of the composite polymer material based on PA6 on the quality of printing products has been studied. Methods for controlling the shrinkage parameters of products obtained by
    layer-by-layer deposition are proposed. The obtained results of the study can be used in the development of composites for the production of polymer filament to ensure the process of FDM printing of polymer products, including for the needs of mechanical engineering.

    The object of research – the natural glycoalkaloid solanine as a possible inhibitor of acid corrosion of steel St3. Modern data on the structure and physico-chemical properties of solanine, such as amphiphilicity, surface activity, basicity, characteristic of modern organic corrosion inhibitors, are presented. The basic concepts are defined: basic nitrogen, solanine amphiphilicity, mass and volume corrosion indicators, corrosion inhibitor, degree of protection, corrosion inhibition coefficient. The literature data on the corrosive activity of lactic acid (MC) are presented and characterized.

    The paper proposes a reconstruction of the distillation of caprolactam for more complete removal of water from the finished product, removing the droplet phase during the process in thin-film evaporators, will improve the final product performance by eliminating the inappropriate indicators alkali content and the optical density of the final product and to ensure its stable high quality. The relevance of the work presented directions for improving the process of production of caprolactam – raw ingredient for the preparation of polymeric materials used in various sectors of the economy. Describes the causes affecting the quality characteristics of the finished products produced from caprolactam. the implementation the liquid distributor and the centrifugal separator would reduce 5 – 6 times droplet entrainment to ensure complete removal of moisture from the final product, will reduce the alkali content in the final product, reduce the rate of optical density and thus bring trademark caprolactam by indicators «alkalinity» and «optical density» to the level of the highest quality product.

    habits of coordinational polyhedras are considered as forms of nanocrystals. Habits for coordination polyhedra with numbers from 1 to 30 are given. It was analazide the cubic and hexagonal lattices. There are the next nanocrystals: primitive, cubic and intercentered and face-centered and diamond-like (all cubic) and hexagonal close packed.

    The points on off reciprocal lattice with equal radii-vector have been named as crystallographic cluster (CC). The position of CC does not depend on the choice off unit cell in crystals lattice. But their indices of CC are distinguished for different unit cell in the same crystal. As an example it was analysis the CC of two hexagonal unit cell with γ = 1200 and γ = 600.

    A study was carried out of the reciprocal lattice of metal crystals with cells I and F – Brave type. The X-ray diffraction pattern gives hkl for the F – unit cell for even values, and for I – for h k l = 2n (n is an integer). Transformation centered lattice to P − Bravais types choose that other reflexes do not die but they are absent in reciprocal lattice with metallic crystals are absent.
