    The article presents a literature review on the development of emotional intelligence in military leadership from 2020–2025, providing a comprehensive and objective view of the research area. Emotional intelligence and military leadership are a connection that is currently appearing in research activity and doctrinal army documents. The authors try to find and evaluate the benefits and limits of EI in the field of preparing military personnel. The study aims to identify research topics and suggest further research options for military leadership. For objective processing, the method of content analysis according to the established criteria and the method of synthesis were used to identify the main research.

The SAT is a flexible system that can be adapted to the needs of any nuclear power plant and any job position.

    In 2024, firefighters in Poland recorded 29,271 apartment fires, resulting in 295 deaths and 2,052 injuries. Additionally, due to the emission of “carbon monoxide” [1] , „firefighters recorded 4,329 interventions in which 52 people died from carbon monoxide poisoning, and 1,334 people suffered from poisoning” [2] . An analysis of the causes of fires in previous years, as well as in 2024, indicates several main factors. The most common causes of fires include: arson, improper use of heating devices, defects in electrical equipment and installations, and adult carelessness. The aim of this article is to analyze the state of implementation of technical inspections of utility installations in residential buildings as required by national regulations. The author also presents the results of their own research in this area, along with conclusions drawn from the conducted studies and observations.

    The essence and main characteristics of Electromagnetic Support (ES) are examined, as well as its place in Electromagnetic Warfare (EW). The main elements of ES such as electromagnetic reconnaissance, direction finding and threat warning are examined. A definition and basic terms for software-defined radio (SDR) are given. The architecture and main characteristics of SDR are examined. Has been made a prototype of SDR used in electromagnetic support.

    Cyber education is one of the global challenges in recent years. Attacks are becoming increasingly sophisticated and ensuring a safe working environment is difficult. Hyper-realistic virtual environments, called cyber training grounds, help to raise the level of cybersecurity training. The report analyses applicable methods, software and implemented solutions, which are cyber training grounds. The purpose of the study is to outline the types of cyber training grounds and their characteristics, functionalities and requirements for training through a cyber training ground, according to EU regulations, with the aim of applying them as a solution for training cybersecurity specialists to ensure the functioning of the National Situation Center and Crisis Management Center.

    Four of most of popular Bulgarian application were selected, namely “100 Places Bulgaria“, “I Love Bulgaria”, “Опознай.bg“ and ”The one hundred national tourist sites of Bulgaria”, and compare them. Data collection was performed through an electronic questionnaire, which was based on Google Forms. The article presents the need for a solid theoretical foundation for understanding the complexity and multi-layeredness of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) in the context of digital transformation.

    The task of jamming underwater voice communications with and between divers and communications with / between autonomous submarines in port security systems and coastal infrastructure facilities as well as anchored ships plays an important role in operations against asymmetric and military threats. Underwater jammers can be classified as autonomous, with remote control via hydro acoustic channel and with cable control from a shore-based or ship-based base station. While in the first two when receiving hydro acoustic signals above a set threshold level is performed program amplitude-frequency analysis and a decision is made to emit a jamming signal, in coastal / ship performance the decision to activate may be taken by the operator on other signs, which are analyzed in this report.
