Abstract

This article analyzes the potential applications of virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) in radiation monitoring training for personnel at nuclear power plants. It examines the role of nuclear safety training, the importance of the human factor, the specifics of radiation monitoring and the potential of VR/AR technologies to improve staff training. A conceptual model and methodology for empirical research is proposed.
