Abstract
Until now, the majority of ergatic control systems in various technological areas are based on a functioning independent of the maintenance process. This approach reduces the efficiency of maintenance and the safety of the system. The report proposes an alternative model of the system’s behavior, based on interactive interaction with both operational and technical staff.
