The project for improvement of the production process based on the Lean methodology in SMELT-ING DOO was implemented in four phases (mini projects). The detailed analysis of the work orders in the period of 9 months provided clear picture of the current situation. With the defined methodology and through mutual meetings with the upper management and the employees of the company, the project team managed to introduce and implement the following mini projects: improved visualisation, digital work order, implementation of 5S and portable tools trolley. All these mini projects have improved the organization of the production process and helped the process of waste
elimination in the company.

The classifications of innovation strategy of industrial enterprises are investigated: their advantages and disadvantages are determined. Classifications of innovation strategy of industrial enterprises are improved. Classification features, types of strategies of innovation activity of industrial enterprises are characterized. The expediency of using a certain innovation strategy of industrial enterprises is substantiated.

The technology of surface improvement of haying grounds and pastures with band subsowing of herbs and aeration processing of interband space is presented. Results of tests of a model sample of the combined unit for improvement of haying grounds and pastures are given.

Problem issues of enterprises` investment projects introduction have been studied. Structure of every enterprises` investment projects management stage and their characteristics have been defined. Goal of every investment project`s introduction stage taking into account investment resources need and information processing as for the applied investment projects have been marked. Stages of business investment projects `efficient management regarding development of efficient system of decision making control of managerial system have been suggested. System of investment projects` management not identical to existing ones has been submitted. It has been implied to study it as set of elements, which determine planning process, analysis, organization, introduction and monitoring of an investment project, planned budget, project timing, considering environmental threats and risks to take meaningful decisions, avoiding mistakes and improving organizational structure of an investment project.
