Quality is a process of continuous improvement or improvement of the processes creating the product. Our ability to manage quality characteristics has a significant impact on the depth of our knowledge of the process used for the desired transformation. The application of knowledge in process management depends on the dominant factor for management: human or machine. Each requires an appropriate form of transfer of knowledge. Depending on the type of “human-machine system”, it is possible to use various mathematical and logical tools to formalize the information. This article attempts to classify the types of mathematical and logical tools applicable to process management, depending on the “human-machine system” use.

This part of the paper devoted to the development of mechanism and machine mechanics in Belarus and cooperation with Bulgarian official and public organizations (see the first part of the paper). Successively the input in mechanism and machine terminology, standardization (elaboration of complex of standards on reliability, tribo-fatigue, gear failure modes etc.), quality management (system, techniques and tools, quality factors of machines and their components, methods of designing gear manufacturing processes etc.) are covered. It is considered informational support above mentioned topic through the edition of scientific journals; participation of Belorussian and Bulgarian scientist and engineers in international conferences, provided by one or other parties, as well as third one; interaction between scientific institutions.

Smart Products have information about their manufacturing processes, management of their quality, future application and recycling. They actively support the production processes (when they will be produced, with what parameters, with what materials they should be produced, where their quality control should be located , when, what modifications, etc.). In these conditions, quality management should meet new requirements imposed by the fourth industrial revolution.

In free market conditions the successful operation of enterprises is impossible, if requirements to the product quality are not improved. The article describes the necessity in creation of Quality management system, and specifics of risk-oriented approach in quality management are considered. The selection of methods for assessment of risks is justified, and recommendations on application of these methods during organizational activities’ monitoring are formulated. It is shown that the implementation of risk management is aimed on the achievement of qualitative results and the enhancement of enterprise’ competitiveness.

In the report the methods for controlling and managing the processes in agriculture are justified and systematized and a methodology for applying the statistical methods for analysis, control and management of the quality of the agricultural processes has been developed. Finally, the factors influencing the quality of technological processes in agriculture are also labeled.
