The process of obtaining bronze powders of grade BrSn5Zn5Pb5, obtained by the method of induction melting and spraying of the metal melt with an inert gas, has been studied. It is known that in the production of BrSn5Tsn5Pb5 powder, the main losses of zinc occur during the melting of the components. To study the possibility of reducing zinc losses in the melt, a zinc-containing composite alloying material has been developed. Its effect on the chemical composition of BrSn5Zn5Pb5 powders obtained by induction melting and spraying the melt with an inert gas has been studied.

On the example of a powder based on mullite, the process of obtaining highly porous ceramic filter materials using porous shells on removable spherical carriers was tested, including the deposition of thin shell coatings from powder based on mullite on spherical granules of expanded polystyrene, pressing the mixture in the form of evenly distributed in the powder of the same composition ( matrix) and sintering. It’s shown that the resulting material is characterized by a good complex of filtering properties and a developed biporous structure.

In the paper consider materials for the rapid prototyping (RP) of experimental samples of filtering materials with an orthotropic structure based on woven nets (FMWN) assembled together with test-form and with using of 3D printing. RP made it possible to reduce the labor intensity of the process, primarily by eliminating the operation of sealing samples when using a traditional test form, as well as making the test form and the samples themselves. The data obtained allowed us to conclude that the use of 3D-printing is promising in further work for the manufacture of test form for studying the properties of filtering materials.

The main condition for the effective use of existing reclamation systems in Ukraine is to increase the productivity of reclaimed lands along with improving their ecological condition. This is emphasized in a number of state documents, namely: Presidentia l Decrees, Resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada, Laws of Ukraine. One of the main reasons for the weak dynamics of the revival of the domes tic reclamation complex is the lack of qualified management and technological staff in the infrastructure that provides reclamation agriculture. Therefore, in the educational process these issues are given more and more attention. Reclamation agriculture is considered b y scientists as a complex technology for sustainable development of production in the agricultural sector of the economy. There is a systematic approach to the development of modern technologies and technical means of irrigation for the sustainable development of agricultural production, obtaining quality products, preserving the fertility of lands, fauna and flora that inhabit it with important conceptual tasks of the educational process and research and production activities. Current strategic issues include: the formation of water policy in Ukraine in view of the availability of water resources and the development of adaptation measures in the context of climate change; development of conceptual bases of restoration and development of irrigation and drainage in Ukraine. And also – water resources of Ukraine and modern methods of research of aquatic ecosystems; scientific bases of formation of sustainable bioenergy agroecosystems; system of laboratory diagnostics of water-physical properties of soils; scientific and methodological bases of organization and conduct of ecological and reclamation monitoring; water and ecological risks of transformation of reclaimed lands and ways of their minimization; information technologies in scientific research in the field of agricultural reclamation, etc. Important issues in the development of modern technologies and technical means of irrigation also include: conceptual principles of irrigation management; features of designing irrigation systems; method of setting watering dates – the basis of irrigation regimes; use of the method “Penman-Monteith” for irrigation management; irrigation management based on phytomonitoring; use of remote sensing data for irrigation control; Irrigation management information system “Irrigation online”; operation of irrigation systems; technologies of repair and restoration works on hydraulic structures of irrigation systems, etc.

In the paper, the current situation in the production of crop growing by-products in Ukraine is examined. The potential output of crop growing by-products in various regions of Ukraine, part of which could be allocated for energy production, is determined. The fuel properties of the main types of biomass are presented. The state-of-the-art approaches to the use of straw and plant residues in agriculture are analysed. The possible ways of utilising straw and plant residues in crop growing for maintaining and regenerating the fertility of soils, in livestock husbandry as bedding and a supplement to coarse fodders and in heat power industry as an energy source for the production of thermal power are established. The state-of-the-art technologies and machinery for the rational use of straw and plant residues are described. The need for additional research into what plant residues and what quantities of them can be reasonably used for the fertilisation of soils, taking into account the saturation of the crop rotation systems with cereal crops, the limitation of the phytopathogenic load on grain varieties, the development of weeds, the management of the soil’s nitrogen status under different soil and climate conditions.

Crisis management is rather old managerial practice, but the very term is rather new. In last decades of XX century in a number of European countries Crisis management has become recognized as an academic discipline and education and research field. Although it is included in the curriculum of number of faculties, it is not understand in the same way. There is confusion in terminology, methods, concepts and approaches. What is also confusing is the fact that the discipline of Crisis management is most developed in rich and politically stable countries like Sweden and Netherland, while it is still in the rudimentary phase in countries that have faced serious crisis situations in recent past, like ex Yugoslav countries countries. However situation in this field is rapidly changing in the Western Balkans and the conditions for dynamic development of crisis management as an academic discipline emerged, which might contribute to improvement of managerial practice both in profit and public sector.
