The introduction of a testing system for agricultural machinery and implements, from the very beginning of the emergence of this research and production industry, is possible only with the establishment of a machine testing station, which reproduces the full cycle of crop cultivation. To do this, it is necessary to have appropriate land plots where crops are grown and subsequently tested, appropriate management personnel (agronomist and ordinary workers) and traction vehicles, i.e. horses. It is mandatory to have measuring instruments and various measuring equipment that can be used by scientists, testers and engineers during the tests. They should carry out preparatory work on the adaptation, adjustment, calibration and use of these devices. The next necessary condition is also the methodology for conducting the tests and processing the results of these measurements. The first testing station for agricultural machinery and implements in Ukraine that met these requirements was founded, established and began to operate successfully in Kharkiv, namely at the Kharkiv Practical Technological Institute in 1889.

The factors effecting evaluation of industrial enterprises` business plan risks have been defined. Types of risks, their characteristics and insurance forms have been studied amid current business environment. It has been pointed out that the criteria themselves are not enough to accept a project by an industrial enterprise. It has been proved that project`s decision making has to meet all the criteria and stakeholders’ interests of an investment project. The criteria based on value changes over time, which can be taken into account when evaluating comparable amounts of money separated by time, have been suggested.

It has been proposed to the main stages of controlling based on its business investment principles. The main features of certain types of business investment controlling have been given. An example of a priorities system of an enterprise net investment returns` controlled indicator has been formed. It has been proposed the key stages of the monitoring system` building regarding investment activity controlled indices`. Business investment activity monitoring system has been worked out.

The reasons of unsuccessful capital investments, which provide activity of industrial enterprises have been studied. It has been found out that to ensure industrial enterprises` sustainability, it is important to have the reserve of effective investments ideas . It has been determined that when planning industrial enterprises` activities it is important to take into account the probability of investment forecasts. The principal algorithms for actions in the process of planning to eliminate various types of deviations of actual results of investment activity from predicted ones have been proposed.

This article renders the results from researching the traffic intensity of the vehicles and the pedestrians through the crossroad in the town of Smolian, direction Kosta Avramikov str – Rodopi str and vice versa.
