The Broadband Mobile Satellite Services (B-MSS) are extremely important not only for government (army and police), but for  many civil applications as car, aero, railway and ship communications. Probably they will be part of the future 5-G network development and their security work is very important too. The solving of the main B-MSS security problems needs entirely new approach. The aim of this paper is to analyze two new radio-communication principles, named Spatial Correlation Processing – Random Phase Spread Coding, from security point of view. They were proposed by the author a decade before as antenna transmit-receive beam forming methods with many applications in microwave frequency bands too.

The Personal Communication Systems with global coverage use Integrated Satellite-Terrestrial approach with Low Earth Orbit satellite constellations. The frequency reuse problems in such systems are discussed. The advantages of the implementation here the proposed by the author Space Correlated – Code Division Multiple Access are considered too. The principles of generation and synchronization of used Unique Pseudo Noise codes are shown. The system architecture of a IST PCN, based on the proposed by the author Spatial Correlation Processing – Random Phase Spread Coding technology for LEO,s terminal and feeder lines, is given too.

A retrospective review of a new approach, named Space Correlated U-PN codes, is given in this report. It is particular useful as spread spectrum radio access technology in the mobile broadband communication and radar systems with integrated terrestrial – satellite positioning. The principles of U-PN codes generation, as well as the basic methods of their acquisition and tracking, are given too.

The proposed SC-CDMA principle uses several space distributed sources of radio-signals. The signals are phase modulated by appropriate PN-codes. The Mobile Stations (MS) receive these signals by means of the well known CDMA technology. For this purpose the same PN- codes are generated and synchronized in the MS receiver. The sum(mod2) of these codes creates a new code, which we named U (Unique)- PN code. This code is used for spreading the information, transmitted by the MS. Similar approaches are used for generation of the Base Station (BS) U-PN codes. Proposals of realistic SC-CDMA mobile communication and SC-MRN radar systems, based on the well developed GPS navigation, are shown in the end of the report.
