The article made some simplifying the equations of dynamics of bubble fluidized grain mixtures on vibrosieves that will determine their decision.
The problem of separation of seed mixtures of crops, which are difficult to separate. It is shown that the separation of such mixtures the most efficiently on machines which process is based on the simultaneous use of several signs of separation. The analysis of such technical means separation allowed us to offer the most suitable method of separation of seed mixtures, which are difficult to separate. As a result of research of the design mechatronic vibration machine, which tests have shown high efficiency.
