The types of entrepreneurial activity and form of enterprises are investigational. Described business system and her elements. Sequence of executions and in accordance with principles which provide the acceptance of effective administrative decisions aimed at realization of investment strategy of industrial enterprises is offered. Tasks which must be the strategies of industrial enterprise taken into account in the process of choice are certain. The stages of life cycle of industrial enterprises are set from the period of “birth” to the period of “expansion”. Expediency of different forms of strategy of diversification of investment activity of industrial enterprises is reasonable.

The essence of the concept “management of the strategy of innovation activity” is explored. The groups of factors of the external and internal environment that influence the management of the strategy of innovative activity of industrial enterprises are distinguished. The necessity of using methods and tools that will reduce or neutralize the factors of the external and internal environment and increase the effectiveness of the strategy of innovative activity of industrial enterprises is substantiated. The author’s definition of the theoretical essence of “management of the strategy of innovation activity” is proposed.

The possibilities of using the investment potential of industrial enterprises are investigated. The expediency of formation of investment potential of industrial enterprises is substantiated. The methods and procedure for assessing the effectiveness of the investment potential of the enterprise are analyzed. The organization of the system for managing the efficiency of the investment potential of an industrial enterprise is proposed.

The main features of enterprise`s investment resources formation have been studied. A wide range of sources, tools and methods of investment activity funding and their impact on financial and business processes of industrial enterprises have been defined. It has been pointed out that enterprise`s capital directed to reinvestment can also act as the background of investment resources formation. Tendencies and forms of industrial enterprises` investment activity have been marked. The proposals about enterprise`s investment resources classification according to the main features have been made. This allows industrial enterprises to form investment resources taking into account their mobilization aimed at meeting goals or restructuring of enterprise`s financial tools portfolio.

It has been proposed to the main stages of controlling based on its business investment principles. The main features of certain types of business investment controlling have been given. An example of a priorities system of an enterprise net investment returns` controlled indicator has been formed. It has been proposed the key stages of the monitoring system` building regarding investment activity controlled indices`. Business investment activity monitoring system has been worked out.

Problem issues of enterprises` investment projects introduction have been studied. Structure of every enterprises` investment projects management stage and their characteristics have been defined. Goal of every investment project`s introduction stage taking into account investment resources need and information processing as for the applied investment projects have been marked. Stages of business investment projects `efficient management regarding development of efficient system of decision making control of managerial system have been suggested. System of investment projects` management not identical to existing ones has been submitted. It has been implied to study it as set of elements, which determine planning process, analysis, organization, introduction and monitoring of an investment project, planned budget, project timing, considering environmental threats and risks to take meaningful decisions, avoiding mistakes and improving organizational structure of an investment project.

Theoretical approaches to the investment process` nature definition and the order of investment process` stages have been analyzed. The main trends of enterprises` investment process` introduction have been specified. Dynamics of enterprises` investment process` have been identified. The main features of investment cycle and its liaison with scientific and technical progress have been marked. It has been suggested to study industries` investment attractiveness as integral characteristic of separate economic fields regarding development perspectives, investment yield, and level of investment risks. It has been found out that certain industries` investment attractiveness is evaluated amid enterprise`s investment strategy`s development and field diversification of the investment portfolio.
