    Case study application of a strategic complexity management framework for complex industrial systems

    A strategic decision-making tool to generate holistic strategic complexity management strategies for complex engineered systems (SCM) is applied to a real-world case of an industrial manufacturing system at a European health & beauty manufacturer. The case study has the the goal to test and discuss the practical applicability of the SCM framework. As a first step, the SCM basic structure, the applied complexity dimensions in the form of structural, dynamic, and environmental complexity are demonstrated. In a second step, th e framework’s strategic capabilities are theoretically demonstrated based on a set of generic norm strategies. In a third step the results of the SCM appli – cation on the described case is described, results and learnings are identified and discussed. As a final step, a short outlook for further research is provided.

    Modern business environment for all economic entities any activities poses great conditions in order to survive. Markets characteristic fierce competition. In this context, it is necessary that an adequate selection and application management strategy. When it comes to choosing a strategic direction that recognize the role of strategic management.

    In this paper, the emphasis is on the competition in the financial market, it said – banks such business systems. The same we can say is determined by a simple definition – only banks that have adequate product. The banking product is designed for the customer and meeting their needs. As a large number of banking systems, there is more difficult to be competitive. From this arises the inevitable necessity of innovation range of banking products will best zadovolljiti my clients’ needs. This indicates the necessity of innovation in business and smelling the Bank’s strategy and business planning activities of banks in the role of strategic management.

    The objectives of this study were the citation planning in the planning of the business of banking system.

    Quality management systems based on the International Standards ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is a revolutionary way to increase the competitiveness of Bulgarian companies in the energy sector on the European and international energy market. Тhe implementation of international standards and management systems is becoming a major tool to reduce production costs, increase productivity, reduce the cost of manufactured products and services through the creation of optimal models of governance and organization of the key processes in the energetic sector companies. Development and implementation of management systems, good manufacturing practices and achieving product compliance with European and international standards is a promising trend. In proposed authors post after presentation of the International Organization for Standardization ISO is studying and analyzing systems applied quality management in projects in the field of energy development.
