Regardless of the length of the period of use of the equipment, due to a change in technology, an increase in maintenance costs or the introduction of new requirements with a change in legislation, the machines become obsolete and are disposed of. The main methods for utilization of tractors and self-propelled agricultural machinery are considered. The equipment necessary for the disposal is also described. The methodology for determining the costs for utilization and the value of the equipment for utilization of the whole machine, element-by-element utilization and utilization after defecting has been supplemented.

The object of the research is waste polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethyleneterephthalate and polyvinylchloride, which are subjected to pyrolysis utilization with plant raw materials as a carrier. The purpose of the study is the thermal processing of these wastes into carbon adsorbents and the analysis of their adsorption properties. Combinations of the most spread polymeric wastes and plant raw materials, as well as products of its transformation (wood, peat, lignite, coal and its coke) were studied as feedstocks for the production of carbon adsorbents. The temperature regime of pyrolysis of plant materials was determined according to the results of thermographic analysis. The effect of the type of raw materials and polymeric wastes on the yield and on the parameters of porous structure of the produced adsorbents was estimated and the high-quality samples among them were selected.

A methodology of the study of the process of composting plant and livestock breeding residues has been proposed. Wheat straw and poultry manure are used to study the composting process. The main factors that are most relevant to the composting process are the following: compost humidity, the carbon-nitrogen ratio and the straw-cutting size. A chemical analysis of the straw and poultry manure was determined before and after the experiments.
