EVALUATION OF ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS IN WINE PRODUCTION

Abstract

Contemporary wine production, unlike traditional one, requires investments in certain technological equipment necessary for the production process itself. In order to assess the justification of the production improvement in this area, the application of the engineering economy methods is very suitable. Methods for evaluation of financial efficiency and improvement of alternatives have been used in this paper. Specific solutions and recommendations have been obtained.
