Evaluating the effectiveness of public policies in higher education: purpose, standards and practical dimensions

Abstract

The aim of the paper is to highlight aspects of public policies that influence the positive development of higher education in Bulgaria and to be on an equal footing within the European Educational and Scientific Research Area, as well as to outline the prospects for future optimization and effectiveness of this activity.
