Study of the effectiveness of corundum and boron carbide ceramics in hybrid protection systems

High-temperature synthesis of corundum and boron carbide ceramics was performed and the physical and chemical indicators of the obtained products were determined. Their suitability as a components of individual protection systems is assessed by ballistic tests.
