Abstract

When you build software the changes happens. Because it happens you need to manage it effectively; this is a set of activities designed to manage shanges by identifying the work prodicts that are lakely to change, establishing relationships among them, defining the mechanism for managing work products, controling the changes imposed ang repochanges made. In the report is made the distinction between software support and software configuration managemet ang give the examples of using.
