    The structure of the system for supplying spare parts for tractors and self-propelled agricultural equipment has been examined. A centralized system of continuous inventory replenishment has been investigated and the influence of the basic parameters of the supply system on the probabilities of refusal of execution of requests is determined.

    It has been shown that the most significant impact on performance indicators of the spare parts supply system is the demand flow intensity.

    A probabilistic method is studied for determining the required number of spare components to maintain the efficiency of the fleet of machines using the characteristic of the flow of refusals Analyzed the influence of the parameters of the laws of distribution of work off failure (resource) of elements on the parameters and characteristics of the stream of refusals for recurrent stream late and for general stream of refusals and identify areas of their influence.
    It was found that with an increase in the quality of new and recovered items (the assemblies and parts) increases the level of reliability of the plant and reducing the cost of replacement parts.

    The degree of extending the service life of the machines is crucial in planning the amount of inventory of spare components to maintain their employability. The paper is displays the analytical dependence for taking into account the impact of extending the service life of the machines over the cost of spare components needed to maintain their employability.

    This paper examines the influence of pre-repair resource, between- the -repair resource and coefficient of variation of the resource of spare elements over their quantity that is necessary to maintain the efficiency of the machines when increasing their service life.

    The development and implementation of repair and servicing work during the period when the equipment with regular use is in a state of readiness for use is one of the areas to ensure a high level of reliability of the machines.

    A mathematical model is developed to optimize the frequency of prophylactic effects of complex systems with periodic use of the type of self- propelled harvesting equipment in agriculture. The influence of the main parameters of the model on the optimal frequency of preventive effects and are edified y numerical values for combine harvesters’ series "SK-5" and "Don 1500".
