The article considers the influence of various technological methods for obtaining nanosized silicate-containing particles. Each of the methods has its advantages and disadvantages, none of them is universal. It is shown that, depending on the methods of formation of particles, their activity changes. Silicon carbide particles obtained as a result of the thermolysis process with preliminary chemical treatment from natural raw materials of organic origin are of interest for further research. These particles have an increased charge activity in relation to other studied classes of charged particles.

The article highlights two approaches to solving the problem of the distribution of the incentive fund, one of which is based on the calculation of the cost of one point; the second one is based on elementary incentive payment in the system with weight indices. The latter approach makes it possible to single out a small number of clusters of successful personalities. Comparison of the considered approaches at the stage of their implementation allows us to draw the conclusion about the different aspirations of teachers in the performance assessment systems. A mathematical solution is proposed for the distribution of the incentive fund in the framework of the second approach. The proposed method allows dividing fund resources in an extremely short period of time.

New educational standards include significant changes in the structure, content, aims and objectives of education of Agroengineering specialists. According to this the research of the role of project preparation in the professional competence formation of future specialists in agroengeneering was conducted. The results of the investigation the preparatory stages that are based on the systematic approach, which inclines four main components for making an agroengeneer as a specialist be ready for project activity, are represented. Beginning at the first preparatory course the improvement of educational pedagogical technologies should be directed to the target integration of subjects with providing growth of the results at each stage – physics and mathematics, general and special. The role of physical and mathematical education and formation of general professional competence of the future agroengineers, activity and the level of teachers’ influence on the project training of students was investigated.

The article deals with the results of investigation of peculiarities of the method of projects usage in the theory of teaching a future agricultural engineer in higher education institutions. The method of projects in educational technologies provides solving an agricultural problem and it is directed into achieving a specific result that can be publicly presented and transferred to a customer. The main achievement is a creative research project that demands integrated knowledge, investigation for getting significant results of theoretical and cognitive character and practical character. Such project should be vital according to the chosen topic, problems and tasks, methods of investigation, sources of information, hypothesis and ways of solving the given problem.
