Determination of the average layer pressure in the case of radial flow.

    Mathematical Modeling, Vol. 8 (2024), Issue 2, pg(s) 42-43

Oil and gas accumulations located in the porous spaces of the formation exist as a single hydraulically connected system and are factors of many physico-chemical processes that occur, depending on the different conditions that develop in the layer. The study of fluid filtration in porous media, their type, the condition in which the flow occurs and its geometric form, are the main key in which the testing of a well begins and then the determination of various hydrodynamic parameters. In reservoir engineering, the stages of filtration that develop and the changes that occur in the phase state of the fluid are closely related to the changes that occur in the pressure of the reservoir, which characterizes the energy of the layer for the production of fluids on the surface. Radial flow is used in many practical applications in solving various problems encountered in reservoir engineering and precisely the main objective of this paper, is to present a solution of the average pressure of the reservoir in the case of radial flow using a mathematical approach.

Generalized mathematical model of the transfer processes in the enclosing structures of buildings, constructions, thermal and engineering networks

    Mathematical Modeling, Vol. 8 (2024), Issue 1, pg(s) 7-9

The problems of heat and moisture transfer, air permeability in single and enclosure constructions (EC) of buildings, facilities and heat, engineering and electrical networks under the influence of environmental factors and the work of heating, ventilation and air conditioning has been analyzed. A general definition of the problem taking into account the transfer processes of internal voluminous or local heat source (drainage) has been considered. A generalized mathematical model (MM) of unsteady heat and mass transfer process for bodies of different canonical form (half-plate, hollow cylinder and sphere) and their analogues has been developed. In particular cases of the mathematical model, the dependence of the physical characteristics of the (solid isotropic) medium, the boundary conditions parameters, the capacity of the mass substance transfer sources (drains) from the transfer potentials (temperature, moisture content) or the space-time continuum has been taken into consideration. The analytical solution of the generalized non-stationary and stationary heat and mass transfer problem under the general boundary conditions of different (first, second, third and mixed) kind on the outline of the researched area has been scrutinized. For constant system parameters of non-stationary transfer processes an algorithm for solving differential transfer equations using Fourier transformation with variable parameters of different kind of boundary conditions has been shown. For large-scale transitions, practical applications, parametric analysis of the solutions obtained, setting optimization and automation tasks for process control systems, the obtained MM, analytical and approximate solutions of direct transfer short circuits are given a criterion form convenient for these purposes.

DEPENDENCE OF THE ACTIVE POWER OF THE SERIAL RESONANT BRIDGE CONVERTER FROM THE PHASE DIFFERENCE AND THE DUTY CYCLE

    Machines. Technologies. Materials., Vol. 12 (2018), Issue 2, pg(s) 62-65

Serial resonant bridge converter commonly used in process of induction heating on metal materials. In these applications during the heating process, the converter load equivalent electrical parameters are changed. This contributes to the transferred power from the converter to the induction device to change. In this paper with mathematical analysis are determined the quantities from which depends the active power of the resonant converter. Derived is an equation that gives the dependence of the active power from the phase angle between the voltage and current the converter as and from the duty cycle. This equation can be used in control methods to maintain maximum convertor power transfer.

  • STUDY OF THE STRESS-STRAIN STATE OF THE VIBRATING EQUIPMENT

    Machines. Technologies. Materials., Vol. 10 (2016), Issue 5, pg(s) 27-34

In this paper is studied a vibratory conveyor that is placed on an elastic base. Using the closed contours method it was determined the system that needs to be solved to obtain graphical representation for the generalized coordinates determining the position of the mechanical system elements. The shaking conveyor represents the chase hanged or supported to the fixed section. The chase commits oscillating motions hereupon the cargo which is in the chase, migrates concerning to the chase. The nature of the flow and its parameters are determined by the nature of the oscillating committed by the chase. Justifying the dynamic parameters of the shaking conveyor and a study of the stress-strain state. Installation causes fluctuations fixed tray. Uniformly distributed load on the tray acts in each element of the mechanism. On the basis of the program APM structure 3D investigated the stress-strain state and determined movement of each link mechanism with results and calculations.
