    The technical implementation of air-product flow control in the working chamber of a hammer mill for timely separation of conditioned particles from the main stream and their lateralization (removal to the side zones) for the purpose of evacuation from the working chamber is considered. The energy and quality indicators of the grinding process in a hammer mill with side separating sieves are determined. The obtained experimental dependences are necessary for the manufacture of hammer crushers for farms and the development of recommendations for the operation of hammer crushers with side separating sieves. Improving the conditions of the grain material separation process and timely unloading of the finished product from the grinding chamber makes it possible to achieve economic efficiency by reducing the content of the dust fraction in the finished product and reducing the specific energy costs of the grinding process.

    The feachures of structure and phase formation of TiC hardened Fe-based alloy at in-situ thermal synthesis from mixtures of TiH2, Fe, graphite and Ni powders had been investigated. It was shown that after synthesis at 1200 0С the structure of the alloy is a skeleton of titanium carbide grains of various shapes and sizes from 1 to 20 µm cemented with Fe-based binding substance mostly located around the titanium carbide grains. The phase composition of the obtained alloy includes mainly phases of titanium carbide and α-Fe. In the case of using the initial mixture with the Ni in the composition of the alloy along with the titanium carbide solid solution of Ni in alpha-iron and Ni-based compounds were identified. When Ni is used instead of Fe in initial powder mixture it leads to a noticeable refinement of the alloy grain structure: the size of the carbide grains is generally not more than 5-7 microns. With the decrease in Ni content in the mixture and respectively increase of iron content at the same Ti and graphite content, the particle size increases markedly and approaches with 5 % of Ni to the particle size of the alloy obtained from the mixture containing no Ni.

    In the article the basic directions of rational construction of assembly-transport process (ATP) in conditions of Siberia are considered. The ways of perfection of process on cleaning of grain crops are proved. By means of modern technologies number of practical dependences on preparation and organizations of ATP on cleaning grain in view of applied schemes of transport service and a lining of optimum number of transport highways is certain. From set of technological schemes of transport service of harvesters and item primary grains cleaning in view of technological, industrial and zone factors were applied: direct transportations by single vehicles; transportations by turnaround trailers and trains; transportations with an overload of grain supersize trailer-conveyors all this allowed to perform transport operations irrespective of work of harvesters.
