  • OPTIMIZATION OF A SYSTEM FOR DRAFT-POSITIONAL CONTROL OF MOUNTED AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENT

    The three-point linkage of Bulgarian middle power wheeled tractors "Bolgar" is equipped with a control system that allows only draft or positional control of mounted implement, which limits the effective use of tractors in the agricultural production.

    The article presents results of a study on optimization of the parameters of a control system that provides mixed adjustment. Different variants of new develop lever mechanism which sums the control signals for draft and positional adjustment were analyzed and the most appropriate for practical realization was chosen. Experimental verification was carried out in field conditions, which confirmed the improved functional properties of the optimized design solution and appropriateness for implementation in agricultural practice

  • PRECONDITIONS FOR REDUCTION OF GRAIN LOSSES DURING THE OIL SEED RAPE HARVESTING

    Harvesting of oil seed rape and avoiding of big grain losses require specific adjustments of the machine. The basic level of grain machine losses comes from the entrance device (header) added the losses from the following up devices in accordance of the applying technological scheme. The mean feature for each device is its exponential character, which means, that they are very sensitive to the parameter changes, from which they depends on. By suitable prescription of the technological adjustments and adequate selection of the machine type those losses can be reduced below the agritechnical requirements.

  • JUSTIFICATION OF THE SOIL TILLAGE DEPTH AND TECHNOLOGICAL PRINCIPLE OF OIL SEED RAPE SOWING

    Based on the microprofiles studies at various fields and the main precursors of the oil seed rape, the minimum depth of presowing tillage is justified for sowing of oil seed rape seeds and other small seed crops. A suitable method for groove formation by venting of soil volume from the groove, through wedge deformation is proposed.

    Technology of a combined basis working tool is justified that brings together all technological operations for tillage and sowing in the required sequence.

  • TECHNOLOGY FOR HAYLAGE PREPARATION AND STORAGE IN POLYMERIC FILM WRAPPED ROUND BALES AND TECHNICAL FACILITIES FOR ITS REALIZATION

    The suggested technology for haylage preparation/storage in round bales wrapped in polymeric film is used in the world practice. The described experience for haylage preparation and feeding animals with it allows obtaining entirely balanced forage and increase of the animals’ productivity. Complex of machines used for haylage preparation abroad is presented. Developed in Kazakhstan machines are considered and the possibility of improving bale wrapper effectiveness analyzed.

  • COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR DEVELOPMENT OPTIMAL OPERATIONAL PLAN OF WATER DISTRIBUTION IN IRRIGATION CANAL

    This article presents a computer model for optimal planning of supply and distribution of water from open irrigation canal designed to support the manager of the irrigation system in decisions on the operational management. It optimizes the supply and distribution of water among users along the canal with a criterion minimum of operational water losses. The task of optimal operational planning of water allocation was solved using the method of integer linear programming. Computer application of the integer programming model was made using MS EXCEL. The use of the model is illustrated with an example of an irrigation canal with six lateral canals.

    Правоспособност за работа с трактори, земеделска и горска техника Анализирани са основни нормативните документи, регламентиращи придобиването на правоспособност за работа със земеделска и горска техника. Разгледана е системата за обучение и провеждане на изпити, направените промени през годините и степента на съответствие с изискванията за развитие на отрасъла.

    На тази база са направени препоръки за подобряване на нормативната база, с цел повишаване на равнището на подготовка на кадрите за земеделското производство.
