Road freight is the key element of the land freight system in Georgia and the main component of the South Caucasian transport corridor connection Black Sea port with Azerbaijan, Armenia, Iran and middle Asian countries. The creation of effective road system and appropriate infrastructure, based on the best European experience is the most important logistical goal has to be achieved in Georgia today. One of the main elements of this infrastructure are the safe and secure areas for trucks, yet to be created in Georgia.
