Production systems with elements of intellectual technologies can be found in various fields of production. To ensure the effectiveness of such systems, digital technologies are often used, which allow to create special databases for describing their state in functioning and to analyze data for identifying sources that lead to loss of efficiency. This article focuses on the construction of digital models for analyzing the production system of packaging, taken as an example. It is shown how data analysis is performed to identify critical elements in the production system.

This paper presents an option of formalizing input data in automated design processes for machining. A tabular data model required by the technology technician is designed to develop products for the machining process, namely a workpiece. A script-based approach of human-computer dialogue in the setup of structural and technology parameters of a workpiece is adopted as well as particular algorithms to be submitted into the system.

This paper attempts to provide a transparent and, if possible, a formal hierarchy of the main types of mathematical models used in the description of dynamic processes inside, at first glance, different systems. It is emphasized that the mathematical modeling is a natural and universal environment for effective analysis of system processes of different nature. From our point of view, the term "system analysis" means the methodology for classification of real systems (physical, biological, economic, social, etc.), which is based on the classification of mathematical models that are used to describe these systems.

Modern gadgets or IoTs miniaturization and embodiment into new technological users are inevitably producing numerous opportunities and disruptive threats towards digital transformation of their lifestyle, behaviour and understandings. The paper outlines a snapshot of user beliefs implemented in an analytical system model. The obtained results, matching with numerical stochastic simulations is further given in regards to potential disruptive threats proactive identification. Possible further verification is finally discussed.
