    The paper considers an analytical method for solving systems of equations of conjugate non-stationary heat and mass transfer with account of volumetric negative or positive heat sources (and steam generation aswell). The obtained data can be used to find integral kinetic dependencies of heat and mass exchange processes, analytical formulas for calculating heat and mass transfer coefficients and other derivative quantities necessary for engineering calculations of processes and devices in chemical technology, biotechnology, industrial heat power engineeringand other industries.

    The scientific-technical and pedagogical-methodological model of preparation of future specialists in agroengineering for innovative project activity on the basis of studying of agricultural machines on modern technologies of training, deepening of scientific activity of students based on features of calculation of trailers which are used in machine-tractor units has been developed. An equivalent calculation scheme of a technical system consisting of a wheeled tractor as an energy propulsion and a trailer is given. Such theoreticalcalculative material is used in institutions of higher education of general and professional competencies of future specialists of agroindustrial production. It is noted that the preparation of future agricultural engineers for innovative project activities is carried out in accordance with industry standards and the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education”. The influence of end-to-end project training on students’ readiness to perform scientific and practical tasks has been studied. The condition under which there will be no overloading of front wheels of the machine from its working bodies is substantiated, and ecologically admissible pressure on the ground will remain the same.

    The improvement of the efficiency of agricultural machines of a modern technical level can be achieved when new methods of the theory of mechanisms and machines are used during calculations and design of their working bodies and in general of machine aggregates. The task of the research was to develop a new algorithm for solving the second problem of dynamics of lever mechanisms with electric drive, which are used in modern agricultural machines A new algorithm for solving the second problem of dynamics of lever mechanisms of agricultural machines equipped with an electric drive has been developed. The algorithm finds application in calculations of flat lever mechanisms of stationary agricultural machines.

    Paper presents a preliminary calculation of the calibration rolls for rolling balls with a diameter of 40 mm in a rolling mill JSC "SSGPO", which will be rolled from round workpieces with a diameter of 40 mm. The main elements of ball caliber are considered, their design dimensions are determined. It is established that the height of the flange varies linearly and the width of the spherical area increases during rolling.

    This paper is focused on numerical analysis of a hydraulic arm for use on a light goods vehicle. The designed arm is used for loading and manipulation with load up to 300 kg. Its load capacity depends on the light goods vehicle to be placed on. Great operability of this mechanism predetermines its wide application, e.g. in construction, transport, business etc. Firstly, analytical calculations of the forces, moments and reactions are introduced. Further, locations and values of the maximum stress in the structure of the designed hydraulic arm are calculated using the FEM software. These results determine the relevant data necessary for correct design functioning of the machine. After carrying out all the analyses and calculations we will be able to determine the safe use of the designed handling machine and put it into operation.

    The paper describes promising structures of clip (friction-screw) connections with incomplete sweep of shaft used in the axial fans of pressurization of gas pumping units. The contact problems of interaction between semi-hubs and shaft for the generally asymmetric relatively the joint bolt connections are formulated. Two types of interaction are investigated: with and without lateral displacement. Based on a priori assumption about the distribution laws of contact pressure accepted in traditional courses of “Machine Details” an engineering method for calculating of clip connections is developed. Herewith different types of details coupling (with a gap, matched, with tightness) correspond to concentrated, cosine and sustainable (linear) distributions of contact stresses. There are determined an analytical dependences of limited moments and breakloose forces on spanning angles, bolt tightening force and tribological properties of joined parts of subassembly. The examples of comparative calculation for the variants of clip connection have been presented.
