They are designed for microfiltration membrane installations for wine (turbidity of the filter FTU 0.12-0.32) of the flat-parallel type with a filtration area of 10 m2, pore size of the membrane 0.1μm, 0.45μm, with a capacity of 250 l/h and for ultrafiltration membrane installations for water (turbidity of the filter FTU 0.02-0.05) with a capacity of 500 l/h. The wine microfiltration membrane installation ensures 100% removal of microorganisms and yeast, which results in ecologically clean, crystal clear, sterile, stable, high-quality wine. Installation of ultrafiltration membrane water purification completely removes suspended particles, colloids, bacteria, microorganisms, viruses, proteins, large organic compounds, microbiological residues and partially chemical components, including hardness salts, from water. Sterile drinking water (bottled water) is produced. Microfiltration and ultrafiltration membrane installations can be used by companies for the production of wine and drinking water, such as “family wineries” and “chateau”-type enterprises. Micro- and ultrafiltration membranes and equipment have a low cost, which significantly reduces the costs of wine and drinking water production.

The stages of the life cycle of complex technical products, such as tractors and self-propelled agricultural machinery, are considered. The need for adjusting /extending/ the repair interval of individual units and assemblies is justified.
A methodology for the technical and economic assessment of the repair interval of tractor units and self-propelled agricultural machinery has been developed, which takes into account the economic effect of extending the repair period, the relative share of the costs of purchasing replacement units and the set value of the confidence probability of the resource of the units.

The article proposes a fundamentally new design of a resource-saving, anti-erosion unit that significantly improves the quality of soil tillage in cultivating agricultural crops, improves the productivity of the plow, significantly eliminates soil erosion and reduces the fuel consumption of the tractor by reducing the traction resistance.
The construction of the unit and the principle of its operation are described in detail. It can be successfully used both in plain and in mountainous terrain.
Characteristic similarity criteria and a criterion equation for studying the traction force of the proposed unit are obtained and their physical meaning is revealed

Effective use of the KhTZ-160 tractor is possible, with the specified width, combining the implementation of the main technological process with an additional, i.e. sowing with cultivation. Shows the results of calculations of the transverse displacements of the working bodies as a function of their placement along the width of unit and along its length relative to the transverse geometric axis that passes through the kinematic the center of the tractor without taking into account the curvature of the trajectory of tractor and possible changes in the position of kinematic center along the unit. The largest values of the transverse displacements of the working bodies, which are placed at a distance of 2.6 m, i.e. at the machine which is attached to the rear hinged system of the tractor, reach 14.5 cm at maximum angles of rotation of the unit (3 degrees). The smallest transverse movements of the working bodies are observed when placed on a geometric axis that passes through the axis of the rear wheels (less than 1 cm). The lateral movements of working bodies of 18-row wide-coverage row-crop unit depending on the tractor turning angle and their placement in the unit are considered. Kinematic parameters and coupling scheme are recommended.

Integrated technology and new generation of multimodule tracked vehicles unit was designed by PIMR- Industrial Institute of Agricultural Engineering in Poznan within the research project WND-POIG.01.03.01-00-164/09. The Tracked Vehicles Unit (TVU) was built as a part of cooperation with Polish firm Hydromega. TVU is dedicated to work on wetlands and should have positive impact on ecology and better environment protection thanks to use of biodegradable oils and lubricants, diesel engine with Stage III emission standard, innovative tracks which have different internal and external speeds during turns. A single-phase technology is designed for harvesting/collecting and transporting biomass (reeds, grass, bushes, small trees) on wetlands, especially these that are located in National Parks and Nature 2000 areas. The TVU is designed to work with different tool modules for cutting, shredding and transporting collected biomass on wetlands. Amphibian type of the TVU’s hulls allows for work in inlands water (rivers, lakes, canals).
