    AN OPTIMIZATION MODEL FOR VEHICLE’S SUB-SYSTEM OF CITRUS FRUITS TRANSPORTATION ON THE ROUTE

    Based on the function of the goal of the considering problem, there has been formalized an optimization mathematical model for road transport of citrus fruits. Also, there has been developed the combined system of the criterion optimality. In accordance with the optimization criterion, there has been developed formalization of the selected mathematical model, study of the parameters, and in response to the developed procedures, there have been selected the parameters and highlighted the value of a studying parameter at the probability level of P=0.95.

    The citrus fruits export supply system is a complex micro-logistics international transport logistical system. It pertains to intermodal transport supply chain of exported products. The central link in the chain is a regional agricultural logistic center, where the products are processing and preparing for shipping. The agricultural center is distinguished by a multitude of possible ties with suppliers and buyers, and as far as possible it is located in their geographic center.

    The goal of the logistic system as a complex structure, is to create an optimally functioning logistic system and develop a scientific- technical methodology of development on the basis of principles of intermodality, international marketing and supply chain management in the conditions of an indeterminate impact of external factors.. In accordance with the developed optimization procedures, there have been optimized the parameters and and selected the values of studying parameters at a level of probability belief.

  • EQUIPMENT OPTIMIZATION IN REGIONAL AGRICULTURAL LOGISTICS CENTERS

    A regional agricultural center is a key link in the system of supplying Georgian standard citrus cultures to the goods markets of European countries. The elements of such logistics centers are united into three groups which comprise three large logistics divisions – supply, production and distribution.

    Optimization of the production subdivisions and technical equipment is carried out on the basis of optimizing the whole center by developing a simulation model based on statistical modeling of random streams. At first, a structural-parametrical (qualitative) model of agricultural center was developed. For optimizing the center’s technical equipment and operating standards, the combined optimization parameters have been developed. Based on the objective function formalization, there has been developed a system model of planning and optimizing of agricultural center by developing the system constraints. Optimization and algorithmization of subdivisions and the whole system are carried out by decomposition of model on separate blocks, which correspond to separate subsystems of the center.
