    Study the refusal of requests received in a specialized automotive service workshop in the city of Rousse was investigated. The present work analyses the average monthly requests from customers of the workshop and the number of the actual repairs is determined. The work in the service have been seen as a mass service system with a non-stationary mid-month incoming stream with queries. Under nonstationary conditions, the basic values of the system parameters were calculated and Mat Lab application was created. The proposed approach can serve as a methodology for analysing and optimizing the activity of other universal automotive service

    The refusal of requests received in a universal automotive service workshop in the city of Rousse was investigated. After the model has been validated, a service conversion option was proposed to reduce the refusals. The proposed approach can serve as a methodology for analysing and optimizing of the activity of other universal automotive service.

    In this article is exposed one way for creating digital illustrations for commercial purpose. The method combines traditional drawing and calligraphy, 3Ds Max, VRay and Photoshop. The idea of the article is to demonstrate how to build an entire project from the scratch. The purpose of the article is to show how different software for graphic designing with different purpose can be combined together with a traditional art in order to achieve maximum as a result.

    This article uses mathematical mathematical models of tasks by Stefan and Stefan-Schwarz describing the technologies of IMSCHA "Acad. A. Balevski ". Described are processes for solidifying a drop (droplet) over a surface of a metal substrate. Processes of solidifying of metal melts in the form of spheres having a radius of 50 nm are described. The temperature fields of the open thermodynamic system drop / substrate system are presented. The influence of the change of specific parameters from the hardening process is represented by the type of the temperature field of the OTS.

    Processing of thin-walled parts with large dimensions in conditions of wide range production poses a number of technological problems. One of the most important among them is the provision of alignment on both sides of the hole who passing through the opposite walls of the part. Is essential the alignment of the spindles while processing of the hole , if used for this purpose machining center with two horizontal spindles . In the publication is presented research about possibilities to solve the problem by controlling of spindles alignment. For this purpose are carried out contact coordinate measurements of the hole in one spindle using 3D touch probe which is fixed in the other spindle.
