The future of industrial development brings to the fore the problem of searching for approaches and ways to quickly and totally apply the principles of 4/5 industrial revolutions. The difficulties in achieving this goal come from the fact that it is influenced by many and different factors. With this report, we aim to specify the global goal of industrial development and its particularities. The need for hybrid specialists and activities, their essence and their saturation with novelties. Duration and their importance in the stages of industrial revolutions. A proposal is made to specify the resources by grouping them into two groups, material and human, and to propose approaches and ways for their effective use. Special attention is paid to the preparation and qualification of hybrid specialists to implement this process.

Programmed obsolescence of industrial products is not a regularity caused by innovative development, but an alternative to innovative obsolescence. Programmed aging is a purposeful and controlled human activity in order to solve some industrial, economic and social problems of the development of society. Including meeting specific individual technical and organizational needs. From this point of view and from this point of view, programmed aging is increasingly playing the role of an alternative to the rapid innovative aging of products and processes. Moreover, at the current stage of technical development, innovative aging is already more important than physical aging. Therefore, a particularly important point in this direction is the correct determination of the degree of innovative aging, and hence the choice of the alternative – programmed aging. Proper assessment of the impact of programmed aging on the scale and timing of innovative aging is crucial for timely elimination of the negative consequences of their impact

The article presents the design of Home Automation System (HAS) with low cost and wireless system. This system is intended to help and supply support so as to meet the requirements of older and disabled in home. Also, the good home conception within the system improves the quality living reception. The switch mode and voice mode square measure accustomed management the house appliances. The video feedback is received within the automaton application that streams the video of IP Camera. The main control system implements wireless technology to provide remote access from smart phone. The design remains the prevailing electrical switches and provides additional safety management on the switches with low voltage activating methodology. The switches standing is synchronized altogether the system whereby each computer program indicates the real time existing switches standing. The system meant to regulate electrical appliances and devices in house with comparatively low price style, user-friendly interface and ease of installation.
