The report analyzes the needs and requirements of the National Situation Center (NSC) and the Crisis Management Center (CMC) regarding aspects of cyber security and cyber defense. The need for the interaction of the national security systems in crisis management, in order to ensure the functionality of the NSC and the CMC, is substantiated. For this purpose, it is important to define the critical entities in the national security ecosystem and to analyze the interactions between them according to legal documents and agencies and organizational structures of the European Union and Bulgaria. This, in turn, is a prerequisite for achieving effective and timely exchange of information, which will properly support the decision-making process in crisis management. The different types of cyber threats that could affect the operation of national security systems when crises occur, such as disasters, accidents and other crises are taken into account.

Content of this thesis is to introduce information system and its use to support decision making in the selected farm. In this thesis we looked at using information system AgroCont the company ISAT, Ltd. the holding OVD – orchards association Dvory nad Žitavou. Agricultural enterprises have to keep the required documentation on the activities on land and know it thoroughly in accordance with European Union legislation introduced in regulations of Slovak republic. Using individual modules of the system we created in-house analysis outputs. The subsequent evaluation of the information we have proposed possible solutions and changes that may be helpful for better decision making, more efficient use of labor and machinery, but also for cost savings in normal operation. In conclusion, we evaluated output, which are designed to analyze the machinery and we have proposed measures and possible changes.

In parallel with the computer technology and the developed models for optimization of the basic and auxiliary processes it is common to apply different methods of organization and automation of these processes.. Based on state-of-the-art computer technologies, a new generation of information management systems has been developed. They have been designed to meet the new requirements both to the logistical nature of this information and to the organization approaches of other ancillary information systems. The goal of this article is to approach the nature, role and benefits of the application of automated systems for managing ancillary information systems in practice

This report explores modern means for researching automation of design and construction methods of engineering analysis and integrated production systems. The report is fully adapted for the need of knowledge and skills in the future work of engineering specialists in the field of machine-engineering.

The report explores the possibilities for joint application of modern software packages for computer -aided design, engineering and manufacturing on the one hand and other ERP & MES information technologies on the other.

In the present paper is defined the functional stability of the communication systems for radio connection in the railway transport. It is associated with the possibilities for the realization of the principles of invariance within signal – noise environment altering itself.

In the paper is made a comparative analysis of the armament and equipment support modules in the field of information systems for command and control of NATO armies and the main functions of each information system for maintenance of the logistical assurance.

The classification of information systems is made depending on the integration capabilities with Microsoft products ,as well as depending on the capabilities of deploying emerging technologies such as remote monitoring, remote control, and more.
