In this article, the objects of research are 40 pieces sleeves made from aluminum alloy 6080 and results were obtained from the measurement of the observed sign of inner cylindrical surface runout relative to the external one. The graphical visualizations of the analyzed data were made. A comparison is made between the amount of error obtained by two setting methods on a CNC lathe- in a universal self-centering chuck and between centers.

Improvement of thermographic imaging device by using an automatic scanning system as opaque for infrared radiation of a matrix aperture with a window of transparency at the lens of the thermal imaging lens, leads to improvement of the spatial and temporal characteristics of the thermal imager, namely, its separation from the point of view. As a result of the experiments, it was found that the spatial resolution of the improved thermographic method (compared to the standard method of determination) was improved by 15 – 20%, and the spectral resolution by 0.3 – 0.5 μm. According to the results of the analysis of the processed image, the adjusted temperature scale of the thermogram, which, in turn, allowed to increase the accuracy of temperature determination in each accurate image (the temperature distribution error did not exceed 5.5%).

The results of performed analysis and the study of analytical methods for assessing the precision of the measuring system are presented in this paper. Studies are related to the methods for assessing the precision based on the range calculation and the method of variances analysis (ANOVA).The importance of each factor in variation inducation in the measurement process is estimated by applying both methods in the analysis of the same measured sample. In order to assess the accuracy and efficiency of the applied methods, the obtained results are compared, which is the basis for obtaining specific conclusions.Reliability of the obtained results from the investigations are verified by applying the tools of programming package MINITAB.

Because of the surface oxide film’s presence, a negative electric potential and formation of the disadvantageous residual strains under the galvanic film’s putting on soft metals and alloys, there are the coming of considerable technological complications. This is obstructive to the good interaction between the films and main metal. In this case it is expedient the technological combination the galvanic film of the surface with surface plastic deformation. In this case, the surface plastic deformation is realized by the tools with radial feed of the deforming elements.
