    Digitalization is essential for improving business processes in today’s business environment. Around the world, the process of business digitalization is considered one of the biggest challenges for the economies of countries, because such a process costs a lot and weighs heavily on business and state budgets. Enterprises can easily adopt new technologies in production processes and at all economic levels thanks to digital technology, which also enables them to dominate markets. The importance of the research topic and the problems that digital management addresses are determined by the speed with which the information, communication and economic domains are developing. Nowadays, the use of digital tools and platforms allows companies to save costs, create competitive business advantages and, most importantly, respond quickly to changes in internal and external environments. Albanian businesses are also in the situation of many businesses challenged by the demands of using new technologies in the implementation of their business processes, both in terms of production and creation, as well as in terms of supply and sales. The increase in demands on the quality of services and products produced on the one hand, and the increase in demands on the speed of service delivery on the other, are recognized as the main indicators in the beginning of the digitalization of businesses in our country. The digitalization of business operations has an impact on the entire business network, considering that all forms of doing business are dependent on the use of digital technologies.
    Therefore, the main purpose of the paper is to examine the digital management system, how it is built and how it serves different enterprises to quickly respond to the market and improve their services. This paper develops and implement a framework to examine how digital systems are managed in contemporary businesses, paying particular attention to how new technologies integrate, operate, and impact resource management and operational effectiveness.

    The impact of E-commerce in a distribution company

    This paper aims to present the role of information and communication technology in the rapid emergence of e-commerce, including its development, role and operation to date, and future prospects. When we talk about technology and its impact on society, we can talk about many different areas where information technology plays the main role. Nowadays, technology has minimized distances and not all the actions are done physically. With the development of information and communication technology, different requirements and different processes are developed, both in the public sector and in the private sector.
    The main purpose of the paper is the identification and analysis of the problems that are most often faced by organizations or enterprises and consumers in the use of electronic commerce, as well as the identification of factors that influence the use of this type of commerce by the business community in Albania. It is also explained the impact of e-commerce in increasing circulation and commercial activity in local businesses, with special emphasis in the case of one of the leading distributions and sales company, Marketing & Distribution. In this paper, the factors that affect electronic commerce have been analyzed and identified in the framework of the rapid development in the field of information and communication technology. The results of this paper will be able to serve companies in the design of development policies of their businesses, starting from a newly created business, small and medium businesses to large brands, which do not yet offer electronic commerce services.

    Big Data is becoming one of the most important technology trends. It presents a potential that is radically changing the way organizations use their information to be closer to customers by organizing in a way that benefits from the customer experience and transforms their business models.
    Although Big Data is an ever-climbing trend in terms of industry, its meaning is still hidden by many conceptual ambiguities. The term is used to describe a wide range of concepts: from technological ability to storage, aggregation, data processing and finally their generation. In this paper the focus is at Big Data, because they are the technology of the future and in one way or another, they are affecting every field of industry. Furthermore, companies are increasingly trusting the possibility of using data as a valuable business asset to benefit and bring a competitive advantage compared to other companies. In the paper is presented also a SWOT Analysis that is conducted about Big Data information showing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks that they carry. Also are presented the challenges of Big Data Technologies for the future. At the end of the paper, there are conclusions and recommendations about the topic.
