In any economic system, the transportation of goods is critical to the functioning of commerce and industry. In the world of international trade and transportation of goods, the risks associated with the transportation of goods are inevitable. Although technological logistics systems are developing at an extraordinary pace thus ensuring the efficiency and safety of transportation, factors such as natural disasters, technical problems, theft and damage can lead to serious losses for both carriers and cargo owners.

Today, as tourism is recognized as one of the priority sectors of the economy of Georgia and contributes to the socioeconomic development of the country, it is especially important to tudy the existing tourist transport infrastructure and introduce new innovative technologies in its management. As a result of the conducted research, we can conclude that the existing scientific-methodical and practical approaches in the field of tourism and transport cannot be considered effective enough to ensure the development of tourist transport infrastructure. An algorithm was developed for the development of tourist transport infrastructure. The mentioned method can be recommended in the field of tourism, for the development of tourist transport infrastructure.

Nowadays, roads and airports are the most used ways of communication to connect people to each other inside and outside of Albania. Based on it, infrastructure has been a key parameter to develop economy and social life of Albania. The request of the people to use the roads and airports is increasing every year which has made the government to concentrate on the infrastructure improvement and development. The most common problem comes from Mother Theresa airport due to non-formal management control. Due to it, our research work will be focused on the quality control of the concrete pavement constructions of the Mother Theresa Airport.

This report discusses the current problems related to the equipment for personal protection of employees from fire safety and civil protection, part of the unified rescue system, for incidents in critical infrastructure sites. It is emphasized on the types of protective equipment used in general or specific fire extinguishing activities. The specific requirements are applicable to the design and manufacture of the individual protection devices, which will ensure the proper appearance and the highest possible level of fire safety in the extinguishing operation, without being an obstacle for his moves during work, despite direct exposure to danger for the parts of his body.

Multi-product machinery production forms a machine park of an industrial organization, so the finished products must provide high-quality and economic indicators while using them in productions. The problem of increasing the level of production efficiency is analysed in such organizations depending on the improvement of the basic production infrastructure. The new, quantitative indicators are presented, which help justify the interrelations of material, labor and energy production costs. The necessity of implementation of innovative technological processes at the preproduction phases is justified, which allows to reduce the level of material intensity, labor intensity and energy intensity of production and increase the efficiency of the production organization.

The paper is focused on a benefit of urban traction units with tilting system particularly in regional transport, on reducing travel times and on increasing the competitiveness of railway transport. The paper describes the importance of its utilization in such traffic especially if the infrastructure is unable to provide options of higher efficiency for railway undertakings. In this cases are the investments for line optimization not available, so railway undertakings cannot be more efficient by usage of classical vehicles. There is space for research of the possibilities of increasing the quality of transportation process despite the state of the infrastructure.

The main issues considered in this paper are: social innovation: the approach to increase financial participation of energy companies in the development of municipalities and regions; financial basis of social partnership between the enterprises of fuel and energy complex and regional authorities.
