    Knowledge Sharing Education System

    Industry 4.0, Vol. 9 (2024), Issue 1, pg(s) 35-38

The main goal of the system is for the students enrolled in it to receive additional exercises to help them learn material in various disciplines. In this way, they will have the opportunity for better preparation and will get better results in the discipline s that are taught to them. Through the knowledge sharing system, advanced students who wish to share their knowledge of a subject will be able to register an exercise to lead on days that are convenient for them. This exercise takes place in a system -specified free room at a school/university. Each student has the opportunity to sign up for a given exercise. When recording, the exercise leader can monitor how many student s will attend. The system is managed through administrator accounts. Through them, the events in the system are trac ked, and if necessary, the cold and exercise data can be added, changed and deleted.

  • INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS

Stakeholder analysis for development of knowledge management system in micro- and nanoelectronics

    Innovations, Vol. 10 (2022), Issue 1, pg(s) 30-31

Knowledge management relates to the vast majority of business-processes at enterprises in knowledge-intensive sectors, such as nanoindustry. In particular, all stages of the new products’ creation, i.e., research, development, launch of the production line, manufacturing and operation, are associated with the new knowledge generation. However, one can find numerous inefficiencies in the existing business-processes due to a lack of communication and poor data handling. Although the financial consequences of ignoring these problems are significant for the enterprises, the absence of step-by-step solution plan and human resource overload make it necessary to look for different ways to solve the issues related to this topic. In order to successfully solve the detected problems and thus ensure support for the further development of the knowledge management system, five key directions were formulated based on the interviews with stakeholders.

  • NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL SECURITY

Selected aspects of the field training of the University of Defence students as a challenge for ensuring security in the future?

    Security & Future, Vol. 4 (2020), Issue 2, pg(s) 53-56

The article deals with the topic related to the training of the University of Defence students for the future security environment. The authors introduce their experience gained due to a specific method of training, which is aimed at a new generation of commanders-leaders. They present their results from 2016 to 2020 and the development of this course in consideration with new security challenges. The authors describe selected tools, by means of which the students achieve training goals, forms of multidisciplinary skills and the characteristics of cadets in one. The following results may initiate the discussion of the system and approach to the training of military cadets as potential workers in the field of national and international security.

  • MATHEMATICAL MODELLING OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC PROCESSES AND SYSTEMS

TRENDS IN DATA ANALISYS: STATE, DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS

    Mathematical Modeling, Vol. 1 (2017), Issue 2, pg(s) 105-109

The article suggests the consideration of data analysis ideology in the context of knowledge creation process and the technological patterns of social development. The problems of singularity (human misunderstanding of data processing results) associated with increase in data variety, volume and further intellectualization of the corresponding technologies for their processing are proposed to be solved by creating new formalization techniques that allow retransmission.

PROBLEM AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE IN A KNOWLEDGE ORGANISATION

    Industry 4.0, Vol. 2 (2017), Issue 1, pg(s) 53-59

A knowledge organisation should constantly expand and grow in order to survive in today’s competitive environment. One of the key opportunities to do so is allowing employees to use the accumulated knowledge. Organisations should enable employees to share their knowledge, while employees should be able to communicate and collaborate voluntarily and immediately, create new knowledge and accumulate individual knowledge. Although the need for knowledge is clear, knowledge movement at all stages of the knowledge life cycle is characterised by leakage, depreciation, dependence and trust. The article aims to review scientific literature and analyse knowledge issues in a knowledge organisation. To achieve this aim the following objectives have been set: analysing the concept of knowledge as a key resource in an organisation, examining the concept of organisation using a systematic approach and giving a critical overview of the scientific literature on this issue, justifying the need for knowledge at different levels and identifying problematic aspects of knowledge in a knowledge management process. The research applies methods of logical analysis, abstraction and synthesis.
