The parameters of an agricultural machinery workshop with an unlimited incoming flow of repair-service requests have been studied. As a result of each research experiment and the obtained change values of the calculated service parameters, the character of their change depending on the number of channels serving the tractors was calculated. The change values of the calculated parameters depending on the number of service channels are reflected in a table and graphically presented.

With the help of the parameters characterizing the work of the service for mobile equipment, a quantitative assessment of its activity can be made. Therefore, their knowledge and determination are of particular importance. In order to optimize the parameters of the service, we formalize its operation as a mass service system (MSS).
In the stationary state of the service, the formulas for determining its individual parameters are derived.

Analysis of claims incoming over the past years and the industry data on losses in supply chains allows to identify the most common risks and pay attention to the necessary measures to protect cargo during transportation.
Sometimes it is difficult to establish the relationships between a specific event and business, then logisticians use a probabilistic approach.
They predict how events can develop in the future. Each outcome is calculated and assessed as a separate risk.

The reasons of unsuccessful capital investments, which provide activity of industrial enterprises have been studied. It has been found out that to ensure industrial enterprises` sustainability, it is important to have the reserve of effective investments ideas . It has been determined that when planning industrial enterprises` activities it is important to take into account the probability of investment forecasts. The principal algorithms for actions in the process of planning to eliminate various types of deviations of actual results of investment activity from predicted ones have been proposed.

The intensity of aging and wear of the components /aggregates and assemblies/ of the machines is different and hence the necessity of carrying out repair service interventions has different periodicity and volume.
A model has been developed to optimize the periodicity of maintenance of machine components, taking into account the losses from the underuse of their resource.
The influence of the parameters of the law and the economic indicators on the optimal periodicity of the maintenance was examined at the density of the distribution of work until failure to the Weibull distribution.

Ordinary in the theory of machine elements a deterministic stress conditions are used. In general case there are relationships between “acceptance stress” and “working stress”. In practice the stresses are random values. Therefore the stress conditions have got probabilistic formulation.

In this paper the probabilistic formulation of stress conditions for machine elements are presented.

A mathematical model of the heat transfer during grain drying has been developed. To estimate qualitative parameters of a technological process, the theory of the tolerance control is used. Control criteria for the drying process in rhomb-shaped aggregates have been determined. The obtained results allow increasing the technological reliability of grain dryers operation.

A model of a machine operation with account for systematically important factors has been proposed. It is dealt with practical methods for quality assessment of agricultural machinery and its technological processes.

The obtained results afford evaluation of the Forage Shredder technological reliability during its operation as component of a flow line.
