    Stimulation of innovative activity in modern conditions of development of the Russian economy

    The relevance of this article most effectively shows the need to move the modern domestic economy to a new, innovative level. The main problem is that in the scientific literature there is no official confirmation of the effectiveness of innovative methods of stimulation. The methodological framework includes observation, theoretical analysis, and conclusions. The main research methods include: analysis of modern concepts of innovation, comparative analysis of the practice of innovation activity of a number of regional enterprises, and a comparative method. The study gave the following results: it showed that most enterprises were able to form innovative competence through the tools used, which confirms the effectiveness of the proposed method. This is also due to stricter competition conditions, complications in interactions with international partners, etc. This article provides an analysis of the innovation activity of a number of regional campaigns, describes ways to stimulate the innovation activity of subjects, and suggests ways to use tools to stimulate the innovative activity of subjects in the innovative aspect. Therefore, the conclusion of this study expands the knowledge about the possibilities of the innovation process and the potential in the learning process at the enterprise and the possibilities of improving economic phenomena, thereby allowing the domestic economy to move boldly in the right direction

    Analytical study of family business in Bulgaria

    On a global scale, family businesses are considered to be a key element of the local and national economy. The role and importance of family business stems from the fact that this business is an important source of economic growth and prosperity. It makes an important contribution to the formation of gross domestic product. At the same time, family business contributes significantly to employment growth and job creation. In addition, this business contributes to the socio-economic and social development of the local, regional and national level of the country. In addition, it is important to emphasize that the role and importance of the family business is also determined by the fact that it is regarded as an essential basis for training entrepreneurs. This importance is due to the fact that the family business develops an entrepreneurial spirit and a new business culture. As a result of the analytical study of the nature and characteristics of the family business in the country, recommendations and guidelines for its promotion have been presented

    Innovative activity in a region is considered in terms of the knowledge management concept. An approach is proposed for assessing the conditions for innovative activity on the basis of three groups of indicators: indicators, characterizing the financial conditions for innovative activity; indicators, characterizing human resources; indicators, characterizing the knowledge generation sources in a region and their accessibility. The obtained integral estimation allows us to classify regions and, on this basis, differentiate innovation policy.

The company’s innovative activity depends mainly on human resources, knowledge and entrepreneurship, which essence lies in creating and searching for innovation and discovering new relations in the economic system. The advantage of modern enterprise is its human resources and their development, learning and creativity capability. The aim of the study is to isolate the factors influencing the activity of innovative enterprises.
