• THEORETICAL PROBLEMS IN INNOVATIONS

Properties of innovation management and innovative solutions portfolio planning

    Innovations, Vol. 12 (2024), Issue 1, pg(s) 3-5

Innovation management is the process of making decisions in an ever-changing environment, constantly studying innovative programmes and reviewing them both in general and in parts. An innovation leader recognizes that his or her activities are surrounded by uncertainties, both internal and external. He is never immune to the emergence of unforeseen technical problems, the need to reallocate resources, new assessments of market opportunities. The system for planning and managing innovative technology in management must be sufficiently flexible. The most comprehensive and flexible innovation management systems are primarily focused on the development of prospective products as well as the transformation of innovation management functions.

  • BUSINESS & “INDUSTRY 4.0”

CHANGES IN THE APPLICATION OF METHODS AND TECHNIQUES IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MANAGERIAL FUNCTIONS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE IMPACT THE FOURTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION

    Industry 4.0, Vol. 4 (2019), Issue 6, pg(s) 306-308

Tools, which are used while carrying out of the individual managerial functions are constantly evolving and responding to the changes of outer environment. In current conditions the most significant factor, which effects business environment, is Industry 4.0. It is a phenomenon associated mainly with automatization, digitalization and the Internet of Things. The main aim is to identify changes in the application of methods and techniques in carrying out of the individual managerial functions in the context of the impact of the Fourth industrial revolution on the theoretical level, based on a research of available scientific literature. The results of the theoretical research point to the fact that the topic of industry 4.0 is new in the context of management, and the research does not have any influence on the individual managerial functions, which are planning, organizing, controlling, human resources management and leadership. Most of the scientific work focuses on the field planning, organizing and controlling. On the other hand, not mentioned are the functions like human resources management and leadership, within the effects of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on the tools and methods, which are used for the implementation.

  • Peculiarities of industrial enterprises` invesment resources formation

    Science. Business. Society., Vol. 4 (2019), Issue 2, pg(s) 58-61

The main features of enterprise`s investment resources formation have been studied. A wide range of sources, tools and methods of investment activity funding and their impact on financial and business processes of industrial enterprises have been defined. It has been pointed out that enterprise`s capital directed to reinvestment can also act as the background of investment resources formation. Tendencies and forms of industrial enterprises` investment activity have been marked. The proposals about enterprise`s investment resources classification according to the main features have been made. This allows industrial enterprises to form investment resources taking into account their mobilization aimed at meeting goals or restructuring of enterprise`s financial tools portfolio.

  • Industrial enterprises` investment planning for sustaining their activities

    Machines. Technologies. Materials., Vol. 13 (2019), Issue 3, pg(s) 137-139

The reasons of unsuccessful capital investments, which provide activity of industrial enterprises have been studied. It has been found out that to ensure industrial enterprises` sustainability, it is important to have the reserve of effective investments ideas . It has been determined that when planning industrial enterprises` activities it is important to take into account the probability of investment forecasts. The principal algorithms for actions in the process of planning to eliminate various types of deviations of actual results of investment activity from predicted ones have been proposed.

  • COMPARISON BETWEEN PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND SOFTWARE PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    Machines. Technologies. Materials., Vol. 8 (2014), Issue 12, pg(s) 16-19

Software project management encompasses the knowledge, techniques and tools necessary to manage the development of software products. Software project management remains different from project management in other more established fields for a number of reasons. Software is “brain product” only, unconstrained by the laws of physics or by the limits of manufacturing processes. In the report discusses topics that managers need to create a plan for software development using effective estimation of size and to execute the plan with attention to productivity and quality.
In the report they have understand the concept of project management, software project management

  • TECHNOLOGICAL BASIS OF “INDUSTRY 4.0”

IMPACT OF COMPUTER AIDED ASSEMBLY TECHNOLOGIES AND SIMULATION IN PRODUCTION PLANNING

    Industry 4.0, Vol. 2 (2017), Issue 1, pg(s) 9-12

Planning and simulation in assembly processes and whole production systems by computer aided systems is currently an advantage of big major companies. However, computer aided technologies in field of planning and simulation of production systems and assembly systems are future of every one company if they want to remain competitive. Computer aided systems in assembly and simulation of production processes help to save time thus financial resources needed for planning and optimization of every production systems and sub-systems. This kind of computer aided systems are helping to eliminate errors in production processes and assembly systems before they can happen in reality. This paper deals with possibilities of improvement in production process planning by use of appropriate software. In this case we will use Tecnomatix Plant Simulation by SIEMENS company which. Use of this software is aimed for planning and optimizing of production systems with high level of complexity.
