    Study outlines the contours and the magnitude of the asymmetry in the opposition of cyber defense against hackers. Propose a
    model that reflects the dynamics of the opposition on both sides and the impact of the listed disproportions. It consist a functional analysis of the differences between organizational and technical approaches applied from both sides. Contains research into why even the most highly protected systems suffer from successful hacking attacks. The analysis sheds light on the magnitude of pressure exerted by malicious actors on cyber security for organizations and the disproportionate response from experts who protect information systems and networks.

  • Counter-drone activity as a system

    However, several counter-drone solutions exist, these are individual, isolated means of countering drones. The aim of the paper is to sum up the counter-commercial-drone solutions and to highlight the possible synergic effects of employing these assets as a system. The author reckons that during the formulation of counter-drone systems, the basic tenets of defensive counter-air and airspace control also can be applied. In the paper, the expression of drone means a remotely piloted aircraft system which can be purchased from commercial stores or from internet based stores.

  • Modeling competences of a specialist in the digital economy

    The purpose of the study is the problem of forming a specialist knowledge model. Its relevance is related to the need for an adequate response to strengthening the scientific and technological progress dynamics and the transition to the information interactions economy. The research analyzes the consequences of Russia’s entry into the Bologna Convention on education. According to the principle of institutional autonomy, solution of these problems is the responsibility of universities. The paper shows that the way to solve these problems is to transfer universities to a design and technological type of administration. The most promising form of education project management is the model of information interaction within the framework of active self-developing network expert environments. Integration in the natural intelligence network structure forms a collective strategic subject, which is a tool of a knowledge and action synergy in the interaction process. The paper describes the developed structure of the active self-developing network expert environment when forming a specialist knowledge model. It is proposed to consider the construction of specialist’s knowledge model in the context of corporate knowledge management strategies in organizations to increase competitiveness as the established support systems for organization knowledge lifecycle and specialist’s integral knowledge model are used to integrate strategic corporate tasks with strategic tasks of developing employees’ corporate knowledge. They consider a specialist as an element of a company production system. His purpose is to give a product specified quantitative and qualitative parameters that ensure its competitive advantages. To carry out production activities, a specialist uses a complex of abilities, knowledge and skills that should be considered as models of his production and technological activities. At each moment, this complex should be considered as a subjective model of its production and technological activity. This creates a basis for a university self-development process by involving advanced consumers using network technologies in the innovative process of improving educational services, receiving ideas or content by referring to their creative abilities in exchange for a reward that corresponds to a contribution. The paper proposes a system that provides a direction for finding solutions and ideas, as well as filtering, summarizing information, determining its value and prospects. It is shown that the method of improving the quality of solutions on an educational project is the synthesis of crowdsourcing technologies, network expertise and the methodology of the active systems theory.

    Safety engineering is consistently promoted and there is an evident need for improvement and development. The maintenance process is dependent on the method of editing and organizing the setup and execution of such kind commitments.

    Тhe contractor’s responsibility for providing a high level efficiency of system maintenance because the process involves detecting and reducing degradation and restoring the functions of the system in working order.
    The purpose of this paper is to overcome the shortage of updating data for occupational safety for maintenance, knowledge and to introduce new methods to protect workers and the working environment, as well as monitoring the current trends and standards.

    METHODS AND RESULTS OF EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCHES MACHINES FOR AUTOMATIC SORTING EGGS ON THE BASIS OF THE TECHNICAL VISION SYSTEM

    This article shows the method and results of experimental RESEARCHES of machines for egg sorting into categories based on size and form using a vision system. The principal difference of the considered machine for automatic sorting of eggs into categories from existing sorting machines is the division of eggs into categories by size and the separation of substandard eggs in the flow. Experimental verification showed that the machine provides the division of eggs in size into four categories and the separation of eggs of irregular shapes and sizes in the flow. The accuracy of separation of eggs into categories depending on the performance. With a productivity of up to two eggs per second, the accuracy of egg separation averages 94.8%., With a productivity of three eggs per second was 87.4%.

    This work is dedicated to the problem of ecological agriculture. The analysis of existent technologies of minimum till of soil is conducted. The more similar examples to ecological agriculture are separated on the example of such system implanted in PE "Agroecology". We offer a system of concepts of till of soil for maintaining its fertility and growing ecologically clean products of crop production. We light up the problem of insufficient maintenance of moisture and ways of destruction of non-arable sole by mechanical and biological character. We offer an example of technological operations of till of soil that is implanted for ecological and biologically restorative agriculture.
