STUDY OF THE TILLAGE AND PLANTING INFLUENCE ON THE MAIZE YIELDS

    Science. Business. Society., Vol. 2 (2017), Issue 2, pg(s) 58-61

Sustainability of agricultural production results in reducing the negative trends caused by both climate change and by incorrectly applied technologies for production, which aims to preserve the resource base and maintaining environmental quality. Soils are conditionally renewable natural resource but practically reconstruct in a very long time. Therefore, in order to preserve them relate to nonrenewable natural resources. At its core, soil, where they are intended for agricultural use are processed to meet the needs of people and thus change their properties. By applying appropriate ways of tillage and use the potential of plant residues, it is possible to control physical properties. There is a misconception and myth that getting high yields in agriculture can be maintained only with the addition of fertilizer and / or water. High investments made at the entrance of the agricultural production can easily be pointless, if the physical properties of soil are suboptimal or even below the critical level. The physical properties of the soil, it is essential for processing and has its mechanical structure. It closely depend on a number of other properties such as bulk density, ability to retain water, porosity, adhesion, resistance, etc., Which play an important role in the processing and to obtain sustainable yields.

  • MACHINES

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY TO THE MACHINE FOR DRESSING OF WATER HOLDING MATERIALS INTO THE SOIL

    Machines. Technologies. Materials., Vol. 11 (2017), Issue 4, pg(s) 161-164

We examined a machine for depositing the water storage materials layer by layer while in subsoil soil. As a result of this activity, improve physical and chemical properties of the soil, and yields have tended to increase sustainable. The article justified basic technological parameters of the machine to achieve the best results. The inclusion of such a machine technology for growing crops tasked along with higher yields reduce the negative impact of the processes that lead to soil degradation.

SOIL TILLAGE INFLUENCE ON THE AGGREGATE STABILITY

Mechanization in agriculture & Conserving of the resources, Vol. 63 (2017), Issue 5, pg(s) 217-220

The Importance of the Problem "Stability of Soil Aggregates" The assessment of soil quality indicators and their interpretation should be considered as a process in which all soil resources are assessed in terms of soil functions and the changes that would occur in these functions as a result of Natural or specific stresses and / or certain human activity. The process of formation of soil aggregates or organominerals complexes from primary particles and humic and other bounding substances, is called aggregation. It is the first step in the development of soil structure. Humified organic matter, with its long polymer chains and electric charge balanced by polyvalent cations, is a very effective cementing agents. Structural stability is the ability of a soil to retain its arrangements of solids and void space when external forces area applied. External forces can be natural or anthropogenic. The aggregate stability depends on the bonding agents involved in cementing the particles together

EFFECT OF SOIL TEMPERATURE AND MOISTURE OVER GERMINATION OF SEED COVERED BY ORGANIC POLYMER

Mechanization in agriculture & Conserving of the resources, Vol. 63 (2017), Issue 5, pg(s) 202-206

Organic polymers used for seed coating have been reviewed aiming to protect the seeds placed into the soil under unfavorable for them conditions. Organic materials could be important hydrophobic agent in both high moisture and low temperature which could protect seeds from early germination. At the same time polymer film couldn’t be a obstacle for seed germination in favorable environment. Study of the polymers is important issue for the agricultural science and practice. In present work effect of soil temperature and moisture over germination of seed covered by organic polymer have been studied. It has been found that seeds coated with thin layer of organic polymer stead in dormancy under 8⁰ C independently of soil moisture. The polymer doesn’t effect on seeds germination ability as well.

  • MECHANIZATION IN AGRICULTURE

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF TWIN ROWS DRILLING MACHINE

Mechanization in agriculture & Conserving of the resources, Vol. 63 (2017), Issue 3, pg(s) 95-97

The tried-and-tested seed drill is a modified version of a factory-made seed drill for punched wide-row sowing in paired rows. Failure to observe basic prerequisites, such as agro-technical time, proper soil preparation, compliance with sowing norms, depth of sowing, etc., leads to irreversible losses in the production of a given crop. The seed drill under investigation is part of a machine system used to implement an innovative technology that does not involve traditional soil cultivation machines. This requires that a cultivator section be included in its device to prepare the soil at the same time as sowing. Turning the seed drill into a combined machine requires it to check its performance. The inspection was carried out by examining the degree of crushing of the layer, the alignment of the profile of the treated strip and the deviation from the set depth of sowing. Each of these metrics is considered as an optimization parameter (𝑥𝑥).

  • MECHANIZATION IN AGRICULTURE

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF STRIP TILL MACHINE

Mechanization in agriculture & Conserving of the resources, Vol. 63 (2017), Issue 1, pg(s) 21-25

Strips tillage machine with simultaneous fertilizing in the depth of processing is examined. The experiments were carried out by standard methods known as the theory of the experiment, at the same time is determined and the optimization task with which to establish the optimum setting of the machine. The results obtained show that the machine corresponds to all requirements, the best results are achieved at a speed of 9,0km / h and a depth of 0,25m.
