The paper presents a conceptual model for overcoming the consequences of the pandemic based on summarized results from research focused on societal challenges in Bulgaria caused by COVID-19. The study aims to submit a unified methodological framework for application by experts in researching, analyzing, and bench-marking the entrepreneurs’ activity and suggestions for applicable and reasonable measures in the field of business development during the pandemic situation caused by COVID-19. The findings of this research can assist managers in national institutions and business organizations to recognize the strengths and weaknesses of different measures which influence creativity and innovation and focus on proactive suggestions to overcome the negative consequences of the pandemic.

Sustainability is a complex issue and framework for companies, with the common goal of meeting economics, environmental awareness and social justice. The focus should be on achieving medium- and long-term goals, and the environmental and social impacts of corporate operations should be examined. The Sustainability Balanced Scorecard, which takes into account ESG aspects, is one of the strategic controlling tools that can be adapted to this framework. The Sustainability Balanced Scorecard also includes a sustainability dimension to embed environmental, social or ethical considerations, including sustainability objectives and performance indicators. The paper attempts to identify the most usable, optimized Sustainability Balance Scorecard model for companies that will be part of sustainability reports in the near future. I have done research on Environmental Management Accounting / Green Controlling, the paper presents a conceptual model, using an interpretive and synthesizing approach by recombination of work in the field.

We aim to develop a GIS to provide agricultural crop monitoring based on heterogeneous data. The GIS integrates multi-source data (space, air-born and ground-based data, meteorological, plant and soil agrochemical data and other data) as well as up-to-date research on crop modelling to support decision making in the management of crop status. Various geospatial input data are taken a view of as a source of information for crop monitoring system. The structure of the GIS, the components and their relations of crop m onitoring system based on remote sensing data are described in this paper.

The paper presents a conceptual model for investigating the innovation activity of enterprises from the wine industry in Bulgaria. The study aims to submit a unified methodological framework for application by experts in researching, analyzing and benchmarking the innovation activity in the sector. Many researchers confirm that different innovation models are appropriate for different sectors, regardless of best practices in innovation management, and it all depends on the specificity of innovation and its relationship to sector specificities. Thus, the examination of wine sector requires a specific approach and an empirical research, based on own questionnaire focused on the individualism and the need to study the innovation niches and opportunities of wine sector.

Abstract: Management is the process of processing the information aiming decision making to resolve problem or to achieve the target. High advanced automated processes, including the vacuum system with pump and pressure control, management of the cooling system, management of the manipulator, high voltage control and emission current, the control of the electron beam movement and its characteristics, as well as computer-based automatic control ofthe beam power distribution, must be integrated on the basis of the use of systems for operational management of production. The present work presents the hierarchical structure and architectural framework for the management of an installation for electron beam welding, evaporation and surface modification.

In this article discusses the possibility of building a conceptual model for determining capacities of SMEs. Is proposed that a successful organizational form of flexible regulation volume of planned capacity in any period of time using the methodology of conceptual modeling. It creates conditions to search for balance in capacities of SMEs through the flexible application of organizational and other forms of alternative solutions. Examples are given of the practical application in practice.
