Generative AI intensifies ethical risks around opacity, bias, responsibility gaps, and cross-cultural legitimacy. This paper synthesizes contemporary literature and proposes a layered governance model with three layers that translates universal ethical principles into culturally adaptive and sector-specific controls. The contribution is a practical pathway from principles to standards, enabling transparency, accountability, and contestability across the AI lifecycle.

A key element in the machinery management policy is its rational use by optimizing the periodicity of maintenance and repairs. The influence of the numerical characteristics and parameters of the reliability indicators distribution on the optimal periodicity of the maintenance has been investigated. Analytical dependencies for determining the complex reliability indicators of the objects at the optimal periodicity of the prophylactics are proposed.

The future of industry contains many challenges. Necessity is to increase the degree of digitization and achieve a new level of productivity. The rise emergence of modern production lines operating in accordance with the concept of Industry 4.0 foresees the creation and implementation of new technologies and the emergence of autonomous production units capable of independent existence within the manufacturing process. They must closely communicate with other elements and cooperate with all the elements in the production process. In this article we describe architecture of theoretical cyber-physical system and give components and technologies necessary to implement a modern enterprise designed according to Industry 4.0 standards.

This paper provides an overview and an analytical overview of the current standards in Bulgaria and the European Union related to ergonomic of logistic equipment. The point is to show the impact of standards on ergonomics, efficiency and competitiveness of logistics equipment, and to specify the types of ergonomic parameters. All this determines the decision area at the design stage of the logistics process and equipment and serves as a basis for the development of a computer system for automated and modular design. The availability of this information allows to achieve and a higher level of operating standards applied ergonomics.
