    The scientific-technical and pedagogical-methodological model of preparation of future specialists in agroengineering for innovative project activity on the basis of studying of agricultural machines on modern technologies of training, deepening of scientific activity of students based on features of calculation of trailers which are used in machine-tractor units has been developed. An equivalent calculation scheme of a technical system consisting of a wheeled tractor as an energy propulsion and a trailer is given. Such theoreticalcalculative material is used in institutions of higher education of general and professional competencies of future specialists of agroindustrial production. It is noted that the preparation of future agricultural engineers for innovative project activities is carried out in accordance with industry standards and the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education”. The influence of end-to-end project training on students’ readiness to perform scientific and practical tasks has been studied. The condition under which there will be no overloading of front wheels of the machine from its working bodies is substantiated, and ecologically admissible pressure on the ground will remain the same.

    The article presents an analysis of the technical characteristics of promising technologies of power transistors based on silicon (Si) and silicon carbide (SiC). A comparative analysis of the energy characteristics of power diodes, MOSFETs and IGBT transistors of various classes based on these technologies is presented. An analysis of current-voltage characteristics and values of static and dynamic power losses in power switches is also given.

    The modern trends of development of agricultural technologies and their technical support and methodical approach to the formation of an effective technical and technological base of agrarian enterprises. It is established that the main factors influencing the efficiency and environmental friendliness of agricultural production are technologies and technical means for their implementation. In economically developed countries, technological innovations provide 70-90% growth in gross domestic product. The methodical approach to formation of effective technical and technological base of the agricultural enterprises on the basis of innovative technologies and the newest technical means with the technical and operational parameters coordinated with volumes of mechanized works and rational terms of their performance is offered. The main paradigm of the latest technologies for crop production is greening, which is based on the harmonization of the relationship between technology and soils, which will reduce the physical degradation of soils and preserve their fertility. To ensure efficient production of crop products in the agricultural enterprise should be formed technical and technological base on the basis of science-intensive technologies and the latest technical means with technical and operational parameters consistent with the scope of work and rational agro-technical terms of their implementation.

    The machinery in livestock farming works in a highly aggressive environment, increased ammonia content and high humidity. Anticorrosive protection of machines and equipment is widely used on the basis of lacquer materials. Their effectiveness is mainly determined by the selection of the varnish materials according to the type and degree of corrosion hazard.

    Modern lacquer-based materials based on melamine, pentaftal, nitrocellulose, butyl methacrylate, chlorovinyl, epoxide and other resins are characterized by high protective properties and the possibility of renewal.

    In the present work, examples of the successful development of new materials and technologies on the basis of fundamental research by members of the Russian Academy of Sciences are outlined. The topics include anticorrosive protective coatings based on ultrafine Zn powders; catalytic converters for vehicle exhaust gases; nanostructured stents for endovascular operations; and corrosion and wear resistant coatings and corresponding methods of plasma application. Methods have been developed for recycling of oily scale; for special electroproduction of steel for the power industry; synthesis of massive monocrystalline samples of transition metal nitrides and nanopowders of W, Pt, and Ti and their carbides and nitrides and others.
